Well after Nevada I got the bunny ears up as the Ragin' Cajun James Carvell, who helped Bill Clinton's 1992 Presidential win, said something. So when he speaks about Bernie in a very bad way I know something is up as James Carvell is no doom doom. I like him as he is extremely intelligent

Here's the link as to what he said about Bernie:

James Carville Says Media Isn’t Telling Voters ‘Risks’ of Bernie Sanders Victory (Video)

In 1993, Carville was honored as Campaign District Manager of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants. His role in the Clinton campaign was documented in the feature-length Academy Award-nominated film The War Room

Then lets top it off with anther Democratic zealot; MSNBC's Chris Matthews. Hell it sounds like Bernie's troopers want to get Chris fired. You can read it here.

MSNBC's Chris Matthews Faces Calls To Resign After Comparing Sanders' Nevada Victory To Nazi Germany's Defeat Of France

So now the ball is teed up as we have two prominent Democratic supporters out in the open about all bad things Bernie. Well I looked it up. Vermont that is. So Bernie hails from a state of 626,000 that has been losing population since 2010. Oh, you read it right a population of 626,000.

Then on top of it all he admires socialism and mother Russia. But this is really bad. When the Hippies toss you out because you wont get up off your arse and work and help the rest. Well that's telling. So Bernie isn't just a Socialist hes a lazy Socialist at best. So Bernie, this ones for you:

“Lazy Bernie” Was Once Kicked Out of Hippie Commune

This will be Bernie's New America! Can you see the similarities from 1985 to 2020?

Wendy's - Soviet Fashion Show (1985, USA)

The act of kicking out someone out of a hippy commune should cement your trust in Bernie. He's not into partying, or fantastical escapades, or denying, or hippy stuff.

On the contrary...it should cement one's trust that Bernie is someone whom wants to effortlessly live off the work of others...while he continues to do nothing but promote himself.

I see where you are trying to go. FAIL.

FAIL again, and again. LOL

They kicked him out of a commune because he failed to carry his own weight.
IOW...He was LAZY.

Ah, laziness comes in many different faces. Perhaps he didn't fit in and would not help plant marijuana. Perhaps he would not engage in free love. Give me all of specifics.

NOPE.
Sanders was just a lazy bum that spent his time talking instead of working like the others.
So they kicked him out.

Sander’s idle chat didn’t go over to well with some of the residents of the commune who spent their time engaged in the backbreaking labor that was required to maintain the commune.

Daloz says that one residents, Craig, “resented feeling like he had to pull others out of Bernie’s orbit if any work was going to get accomplished that day.”

I gave you direct quotes from people at the commune when he was there.

NOW...show me YOUR evidence that they're wrong.

Sorry fantasy but the truth is the truth and that is that the HIPPIES DIDN'T WANT HIM THERE!

Myrtle Hill had an all-are-welcome policy—for three days. Then the core owners would decide by consensus whether you were cool to hang around. Sanders' tendency to just sit around talking politics and avoid actual physical labor got him the boot.

You are so correct but like a good socialist you left out the rest of the story as in the red meat to your potato stew.

God forbid we should choose a guy who's looking to bring a bit of equality into the system, right?

you may keep that state mandated "equality" on your side of the pond

Good point Glass. I can see it thought that the three day policy would be in most cases like a trial period for those wanting to stay at the commune longer and maybe even join. That or maybe just a friend on a short visit. That's a simple assumption I think, don't want rabble coming in and just sponging.

Sanders however was there on a job, the job of the interview and I can also assume that in that three days he had interviewed enough for the story and was talking politics to grasp more of the intellectual philosophy of the group, of the members. That's not a hard assumption to make either.

And that's just it I think. Assumptions on our part. And just how big are those assumptions. I don't mind making small assumptions as in some cases they can fill in the blanks for us, but large and wild assumptions can mislead us dramatically. Like in the headline of ''lazy Bernie, kicked out of a commune'' allows for the huge assumption that he was a member of a commune but was tossed out in disgrace because he didn't help with the day to day chores of the commune which is entirely not the case. He was only there for a three day visa.

It's even reasonable to assume that that three day visa that the commune extended to outsiders was not a ''anytime you come'' visa but more likely a specific time of the week visa, say, a Friday Saturday Sunday visit visa. Just letting anyone visit at any time would have been more chaotic for the fragile social structure of a fledgling commune and visitors could be more easily accommodated at one time of the week. For all we know that visiting policy might only have been open for one week end a month, after which the members would sit down and evaluate which of the '' visitors'' who wanted to stay were invited to join and which had to leave. As Sanders was only there for three days in the first place he was asked to leave a a matter of routine. I don't know, I wasn't there.

A second website that referenced the same source (the 'We Are As Gods' book) doesn't make it a second source.

That is just the echo chamber...

Agree hes a FAKE Hippie.

Hes into gas lighting up entire countries for his purpose. I am always leery of his types. They typically have their picture plastered all over the place like those 3rd world countries in the form of a mural.

This same bull sheep drum has be played since Moses led the Israelite's out of Egypt. Its one radical rolled out after another. All blah blah blah and they even make it worse.

Can you offer one radical who actually ever improved the living conditions for their "people" throughout history. Please name one.

Jesus Christ was also a radical.

Like I said... Bernie being a hypothetical positive president isn't my point. Personally I think his policies would add to problems.

My point was that these mainstream pundits are only listened to when it fits someone's narrative.

We haven't had a radical in some time. The inverse point could be made though. Whens the last time an establishment person helped the people?

The thread is about Caravelle, who is well known for his involvement with the Clinton admin. Like I said, they brought us TPP... Look where that got us. We may see a big hit soon because of supply chain disruptions in China.

Mr. Great Big Sucking Sound himself; Ross Perot was dead on. He was a businessman. Businessmen know how the future unfolds and so do politicians. The issue is that politicians always do what suits themselves.

On point about perot, the republican and democrat party really fkd this country over when they steamed rolled perot and changed the rules to mkae it harder for 3rd party candidates after him. We really fkd up not electing him.

In regards to politicians vs businessmen the only difference is politicians are employees of the oligarch businessemen. Those jobs got sucked out of this country because business men did what suited them on the short term.

Govt is inefficient because business men made it so and they benefit from its inefficiency that only burdens the tax payers.
