Cool, please ask them how to unify gravity with quantum mechanics, what dark matter is and to give a large prime number in the from of a mersenne prime - 2^200,000,000 -1
where the exponent must be larger than 2 million.

Our current largest Mersenne prime is:
2^82,589,933 -1 which is 2^ 82 million, so a 200 million prime would be good and able to verify it eventually.

Or ask them for the 100 digits of pi, in base 10 starting with the 32nd trillion decimal place.
We should be solving that in the next few years so we can see confirmation.

But what if they don't use numbers like we do? What if instead of a concept of discrete objects that can be assigned a quantitative symbol they only see things as variations in a continuous flow? Like if we see an ice cube in a glass of water we can count it as one cube, but they might only see it as an area of water where a portion of it is colder, but it's all part of the same scene or scenario. Its quality isn't artificially divided into separate things. They might not know the answer because your symbolic question has no meaning to them.

I'm afraid Dr. Lynn Kitei credibility is questionable as she seems to have made the rounds on many shows regarding aliens, afterlife, ghosts, etc...not sure if she was credible in the beginning but it just seems like she's trying to get involved in everything..but I could be off

The 8 minute video, shown below, was posted yesterday and is about the Johnston family, who claimed that they received a telepathic message from these mysterious lights. Trig Johnston was a commercial pilot.

I began flying in late 1962, as soon as I could reach the rudder pedals and hitchhike to the closest airport which by then was Portland International. I earned my licenses & ratings at the minimum age.

I have flown the DC-10 and B-747 as First Officer. I have logged over 12,000 hours of flying time. I know what flares don’t look like.

The huge mass – at least a mile wide – approached from the North West. I could land on it with my 727. We began to eliminate possibilities.

It had passed approximately two miles west of our location at Pima & Shea when I “received” what I have subsequently been told is an “empathic” transmission: “We are not a threat.”

None of us were frightened, excited or otherwise disturbed. But we couldn’t take our eyes off of it. What I saw bears little relation to the video of the “Phoenix Lights.”

There's always an excuse...

There was another UFO sighting similar to this shape in 1950's. They called it the Lubbock lights. I don't believe the Phoenix lights were flares.

Not false narratives per se, though. As discussed in the other current Phoenix thread, I think this incident can be divided into three chapters:

(1) The initial sighting earlier in the evening, considered by many to be jets.
(2) The flare-drop later in the evening.
(3) Something else in-between, sighted just BEFORE the flare-drop. There are witnesses who claim they could easily distinguish between (2) and (3).

(3) still intrigues me.

As for claims of telepathic messages, they simply do more harm to the case. We're in very questionable Penniston-style Binary Code territory before even establishing what had actually occurred in Phoenix that night.

A lot of the original UFO researchers threw that stuff right out whenever a witness started talking about receiving telepathic messages. I'm not sure if it helped keep the reports from going off the rails or whether it severely compromised the data by leaving a vital portion of it out. It admittedly sounds like a lot of new age crapola, but that doesn't mean it's not important to note, even if not much can be done with it -- at least at the moment.

Perhaps if we had paid a little more attention to the psychic aspects of UFO cases in the past we would by now be a lot closer to having functional psi protocols (or even electrochemical machinery) and communicating with these things more clearly and directly. Rather than just an occasional flash of communication where they talk to us like caged dogs.

I don't think that's generally the case. If someone wants to believe that what they saw was un-Earthly, then that's their opinion they're certainly free to have it. But it gets a bit too much when those people absolutely insist that they know for a fact that what they experienced was extraterrestrial and if we don't believe them then we're the ignorant or unreasonable ones. Which is just nonsense. That's the whole point of empirical evidence, so we don't have to believe what somebody says but are able to verify that what they say is true by looking at the hard evidence. Unfortunately, telepathy doesn't produce any hard evidence. Just stories that could have come from anywhere, including a person's imagination. Just because somebody is honest and believes something doesn't mean they're right, and it sure doesn't mean I have to believe them in any way.
