This could be a White Hat but it would be much more fun if it were from the phone of a California politician worried about being accused of being a Traitor!

2) The picture filename is D16RNKcWwAAZGaI.jpg - this looks like it's pointing at abuse as it ends in AZ Gal:

AZ = Arizona?
