Until it is confirmed I'm more inclined to think this is two lags trying it on. Reports I've heard is they have both been quarantined and a wing
partially isolated. As far as I've heard the general prison population hasn't been been quarantined.
OP title misleading. They are testing a couple of guys - they are not not positive, and since the majority of suspected cases (outside of China) end
up being negative, we shouldn't assume it's loose in a prison.
I guess we'll see.. imminent if it actually happens, but so far.. hasn't, not anywhere outside of China. In the U.S. we are some 21 days since the
first case. Still only 13 cases. I still don't think we'll really see the impact for another week or two. Took 3 weeks to get legs in China - but they
didn't really know what they had there.
