Good riddance. He was an embarrassment to all the uniforms, as well as the services he "served".

He took an oath to uphold the constitution, as well as serve his countrymen - not the highest bidder.

I don't know if what he said was true, if he was coaxed, or if what he said had any pertinence to how our country is being run.

Id bet a lot of money that if he testified against a left leaning admin he'd be celebrated by many who are going to sling mud on his name and service. I'd bet even more there would be outrage if he was fired from said admin afterwards.

Personally I don't think people should be fired so long as they are telling the truth about their superiors (again, I don't know if that's the case here). If you're good at your job, than that's what matters.

While I agree with your outlook on this situation, you should really look into this guys career.

He's really a dodgy #bird. Almost everyone who served around him detested him as a human, and as a serviceman.

Seriously, # this guy.

This is great but there needs to be legal action against him.

Exactly. That is why CNN MSNBC and even Fox News are able to ignore the story. Just like they did when Peter strzok was escorted out of the building.

It's on CNN and Fox. I dunno about MSNBC.

He absolutely lied. Did you watch his testimony? Did you fact check him?

Take the time to look into it. Dare I say, be critical?

This guy needed to gone a very long time ago. Total swamp rat.

This. He's one of THOSE officers that everyone who served knew. Total Dbag, only cares for himself and advancing his career, and slips through the cracks in our new softer services. 30 years ago the guy would've never made it past LT.

Yes his brother needs to be fired.
Too risky having him reviewing documents.

I'm sure we only need to look to our rolemodels and see that family and business goes very well together. Heck, even family and politics seem to have their benifits

Exactly! The kind of officer you salute because YOU respect your service.

And when you have to say "Yes sir!"
You are spelling it " yes cur" in your mind.

I'd be more open to this decision if that's the case.

Do you have a link to that, or can you elaborate for me?

MSNBC is saying that President Trump has been Unleashed 2. Continue Breaking All the laws of the country or something like that.

They want Congress to subpoena all his phone records from the time. He was acquitted until now.

If he told Ukrainian officials not to pay attention to the president of the USA, he should be fired.

If he had a disagreement, take it up with the White House staff, do not go telling things to the Ukrainian leaders. That would be more like Treason.

Him telling his story to the impeachment inquiry is not something to be worried about, he should tell him his opinion and account of what was happening.
Him telling Ukraine to blow off our president while in service with the Military or government, that is bad.

I'm open to looking into it. What did he lie about?

I did point out I wasn't well versed on this guy. I haven't really formed an opinion... Those were just my surface thoughts.

The guy needed to be gone without even taking into account if he lied or not with his testimony, Think I read a couple different times over his career he was caught running down the US to foreign officials while serving in an official capacity for the US govt.

Here you go. This stuff was everywhere late last year. The lies aren't the worst thing.

I'm surprised you're not up to speed. You seem to opine on this stuff frequently. I thought you were more read in.

Seems to be a common thread around here. People roll into threads about political matters and spread their "wisdom" without even knowing the basics.

Is that the sad sack cabbage patch doll lookin fella with a twin brother?

He comes across as supremely arrogant, like Comey. $50 says he will bring a 'tell all' book out before the election.

Yep that's him, the # stain that interrupted Devin Nunes because he was hurt his rank was not used to address him.

It is like people with a PhD that insist you refer to them as "doctor"....what a tool.

“Today, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman was escorted out of the White House where he has dutifully served his country and his President,” said his attorney, David Pressman in a statement. “LTC Vindman was asked to leave for telling the truth.”

What do you need a lawyer for if you told the 'Truth' ?
