Your body your choice, just as it should be. Personally I don't see an issue with prostitution, I'm not even sure why it's illegal, anyhow as you put it there it shows just how stupid this is.

Soliciting for sex is against the law. Your title to this op is vague and misleading.

Yeah, let's regulate prostitution. Every man and woman who is a prostitute has to have weekly STD/STI tests, they can only operate within a building that is licensed and up to code, and anyone walking the streets or standing on a corner or on call is arrested for not being a licensed and regulated sex worker.

no joke. one night in nyc, a girl asked me for a ride home. we messed around on the way back to queens. then she says, 'can you buy me food?'

i said sure.
and i asked her multiple times, 'are you working?'
she said no.

then we are going back to her apt, and she is like, 'you gotta pay me...'

and im like, i asked you back there, im broke.

then she says ok, see ya.

and im like, ok, im taking this food then.

and she is like, 'ok come on in...'

lmfao. it was just a 'happy ending' and make out sesh, but still, an amusing little adventure.
im pretty sure i could have gone for more, but she was a bit too weird, and again, still a happy ending.

It was a set up, a police sting. They got him to do a quid pro quo on a cop prostitute, "You want the burger? I want some sex. Deal?" It wasn't money, but it was a transaction for sex.

I have to agree.

I know a few people with the old "friends with benefits" system, people with sugar daddies at the end of the day it's your body your choice. As long as it's all legal and consentual it's got nothing to do with anyone but those involved.

I'm not for prostitution but I'm not against it, I mean I'm a smoker and that is bad for me, I won't disagree with work done to prohibit smoking however it's my choice. Sex? Sex is healthy for you ya know? Usually...Financial security is good and some people are addicted to sex.

Point being I waste money on stupid stuff that makes me happy, so do curb crawlers and so do governments and officials... Hence why authorities in the US entrap horny people with money to spend. Get with the trend, it's capitalism at it's finest.

Prostitution is perfectly legal as long as it is filmed and posted on the internet for everyone to watch.

For years men have been buying women dinner and drinks to get laid.

So a hamburger For a hooker.....

It's all a matter of perspective

She must be an ugly cop, if this guy thought she would have sex with him in exchange for a hamburger.

Well, this is blatant prostitution, the only difference here is the type of currency, which in this case, was food.

Which is different than a girl saying if you don't take me out to dinner on our date you can forget about sex?

Now that was comedy. I wonder if they took in the hamburger as evidence of solicitation?

Though really whats the difference anyways in peoples kinks? You know the only thing to not make the whole scene be illegal is just getting a license, and have some guy standing in the corner with a camera. And presto spagetio, its not prostitution anymore, its porn, hell some may even call it art.

I call it comedy. And if it goes on for longer then half a year. This trading hamburgers for sex and favors. I think most peoples books and by general rule of law, that is considered marriage. Or at least being engaged.
