With that many deaths, there would be a whole lot of empty houses. The economy as we know it wouldn't exist. I'm pretty sure anarchy would rule, for a time at least.

Well standby. I'm sure China will be redefining the definition of "death" too before too long.

Honestly though, I think more focus needs to be on the people classified as "recovered". I sure would like to here more from and about them. Their definition of "recovered" could be a little, uh, fluid too.

Using just the CCP figures, we would have close to 10% of the US population filing bankruptcy. Using figures I have seen (15% death rate, and 25% critical care/ICU), You would be looking at unimaginable consequences. It would not even have a label in society yet. A combination of anarchy and marshall law would be the foreseeable future.

The upside is that we basically would be starting over. ALL debt would be wiped out, and a new way of forging ahead would have to be agreed upon.

When in history were first-hand accounts not warranted as some of the most pertinent and useful information as to what happened and when?

I’ve used protonvpn.com a few times, speed ain’t massive but it’s free for I think a month, usual thing sign up via email download and install client ( I’ve used on windows and Linux ( Linux was a bit harder to setup but if your on Linux anyway shouldn’t be an issue)) and run and select tunnel location somewhere in USA 😉👍🏻

I do expect 10-25 million to die overall in the world due to health etc etc....
