For what it's worth I don't think it's fake at all. I think if anything it's likely to be a helium balloon or some such.

A cluster of balloons from somewhere is a reasonable speculation. Possibly some kind of arch or doorway, maybe multiple arches tied together, from a wedding or something. It doesn't appear to do anything but float and spin. No alien maneuvers.

Yeah, that's always the case. So maybe it's not a hoax because real hoaxers know that you have to make the images fuzzy and rough to fool the suckers.
