No. I've not really read any of it or paid the issue any attention as it's been obvious political theatre as it's common place bending the rules, rather than a genuine charge for breaching the constitution, and isn't going to go anywhere.

I was under the impression Trump via Gulliani had sought info on Hunter Biden and/or asked the Ukraine to publicly name Hunter Biden as the subject of prosecution but haven't read any transcripts or paid any attention to what the press have said so may well be wrong, but was under the impression that was the charge he was facing and the whistleblower eluded to.

From the UK, over here the media are paying little to no attention to it as it's not going to go anywhere and is being reported as a symptom of the animosity and divide between democrats and republicans rather than a genuine attempt to abide by the US Constitution.

EDIT: Transcript/conversation was on 25th of July according to white house records

Uhhhhh perhaps you could pay better attention or do better research.

The "whistleblower" is not a whistleblower per the statute about such. He turned out to be a crony, shill, agent with Schiff-for-brains for the Marxist globalist traitors working to destroy Trump & destroy the USA.

He was doing exactly what he was SUPPOSED TO DO.

And, he was doing exactly what he said he would do--drain the swamp of corruption.

He has the high level integrity to fulfill his campaign promises in extreme contrast to the last 12 Presidents.

The farce of accusations about his efforts to research & deal with the Bidens' corruption is merely the Deep State trying to sabotage him before he sends the lot of them to prison for extreme corruption, TREASON, child sex trafficking etc.

If you want to stand on the side of corruptocrats, extreme traitors & child sex abusers, that's your choice. I don't recommend it, however.

It is a bit pre-emptive to say what the outcome of the trial may be, but the articles of impeachment present the gist of the prosecutions case.

The articles of impeachment are hollow, farcical, UNConstitutional hogwash trumped up with an outrageously partisan process concocted in the pickled brains of Pelosi & Schiff-4-brains (the bloke who reportedly murdered his 13 year old male sex victim & went ahead & f'd the corpse in full view of multiple witnesses); & Schummer et al.

Anyone having the least bit of respect for the impeachment articles is either devoid of reason, integrity, Soaked in Kool-Aid; a dedicated Marxist globalist agent; . . . or maybe just low IQ & terminally clueless & idiotic.

They were concocted to try & vainly prevent TRUMP from prosecuting the horrifically guilty corruptocrats (generations deep Mafioso in Pelosi's case), extreme traitors & child sex abusers.

Research things better . . . or don't--you can continue to look absurdly ignorant.

That's what impeachment is. Impeachment is a constitutional remedy for a duly elected president who has corrupted the office.

HOWEVER, ONLY FOR Constitutionally valid offenses--which Trump has not the least bit of guilt for

and which these impeachment articles have nothing to do with.

The DIMRATS main problem with Trump is they know he is gunning for them for their extreme treason, corruption & child sex abuse.

It actually didn't matter because the House did not pursue the full course to force the subpoenas using the courts.

But they did and still are, with the Don McGahn subpoena. The Trump administration's arguments against all the subpoenas are all the same, so only one ruling is needed, for now.

When SCOTUS rules on whether or not the president and his staff and aides and appointees have "absolute immunity", watch for more impeachment hearings stemming from the Mueller report evidence, which the DOJ and the Executive office is blocking House access to.

That means the unconstitutional ones here are the democrats.

Impeachment isn't "unconstitutional".

NOPE. The DIMRATS whole outrage against Trump is

1. his successes showing them up--up one side & down the other.

2. they know he is gunning for them for outrageously extreme treason, corruption & child sex abuse. They know he will put them in prison if they can't get rid of him.

THAT is what the impeachment farce has been about.

Right, because Trump didn't do nothin wrong.

Trump is human, of course, he has done some things wrong. I have yet to see any evidence to show that he has done anything illegal.

In what way?

What specific aspects of the Constitution are they trashing? Please quote article, section and clause.

They have little to no respect for law nor the Constitution, nor our foundational values nor the survival of the USA.

Trump has followed our laws more meticulously than the last 12 Presidents combined.

I'm just not an American, so all this talk of patriotism and furious flag waving just looks silly and futile to me.

I don't wish to make the time for that level of detailed response.

1. The farcical impeachment jury-rigged stench in the House was totally devoid of GOP involvement. It was an UnConstitutional, rail-roaded, trumped up outrage of inconsequential screeching on the part of horrific extreme traitors (literally), extremely corrupt politicos & extreme child sex abusers (e.g. Schiff-face's reported raping a 13 year old black boy he'd just murdered with a drug overdose in full view of multiple witnesses).

2. There was no hint of a bona fide Constitutional process involved.

3. There were no truly Constitutional offenses involved.

Trump isn't even saying he didn't do it. He's saying he has every right to abuse his power and obstruct Congress. He's saying, "I did it. So what?"

That's simply NOT TRUE.

Trump can use hyperbole, brashness, bluster etc. as strategies. That doesn't make him guilty of anything but being great at Sun Tzu strategies.

you are simply daft
it is in no way a "trial"
it is a political event
the only results are removal or no removal
the senate does not have 67 votes for removal PERIOD
sorry the msm you follow on your island does not tell you that

Absolutely indeed.

You seem to be on a very bizarro planet that has no concept of objective reality.

Living in the Kool-Aid saturated fantasies of the Marxist globalist DIMRATS is not an admirable thing to be caught at--much less so repeatedly.

A perfect example of an overprivileged dirty draft-dodging wrong yin if ever there was one.

What a stinking pile of hogwash.

You might deal with REALITY better if you drained off the cranial Kool-Aid; quit listening to the DIMRAT treason; abandoned the Marxist globalist agents' lies etc.

Trump is more honorable, high in integrity, patriotic, diligent, effective, brilliant, redemptive, compassionate . . . than the last 12 Presidents combined, including Reagan.

Trump has admitted several times that he asked Ukraine to help him expose Joe Biden. Then he asked China, loudly, on the White House Lawn at a presser. He told George Stephanopoulos that FBI director Wray is WRONG, and that it's not illegal for him to accept dirt on his political opponents from foreign entities.

Mick Mulvaney told a group of reporters in the White Press room that the Ukraine money was being held up, partly, because they were waiting for Zelenskiy to investigate the DNC and the Bidens.

Rudy Giuliani, God help us, admitted to trying to coerce Ukraine to investigate the Bidens, among other things, on Trump's behalf, as his very personal attorney.

I think you guys need to watch Season 2 of the Impeachment Saga again, to pique your memory.

Which following word do you not understand?

1. Required to check with the Ukraine re corruption in high places BY TREATY

2. Fulfilling campaign promises to drain the D.C. political corruption swamp (have you REALLY not seen quid pro Joe Biden) BRAGGING on stage at a CFR meeting about FORCING the Ukrainian government to fire a decent prosecutor investigating son Biden's horrific corruption getting $millions/month purely for corrupt reasons or else he would withhold $1.X billion in aid); to drain the swamp of the extremely guilty & horrifically treasonous; corrupt & outrageous child sex abusers.

You'd look less absurd and less in league with the child sex abusers if you talked about FACTS.

you know IF the bidens were not dirty you may have a point
they are not only dirty they are muck covered filthy nasty
sending our tax dollars to a nation that enabled that kind of skulduggery was a waste
potus wanting that kind of corruption exposed is a good thing

oh and we have an actual treaty with the nation to investigate corruption
trying to enforce that treaty is not a crime no matter how you stomp your feet about it

Ooohh a diplomat and politician. We can't have that.

Actually--we CAN'T AFFORD ANY MORE SUCH TREASON working so hard to destroy the USA to ashes as agents of the Marxist globalist oligarchy that trumped up all these farcical impeachment idiocies.

The Bushes, Clintons, et al for decades have worked hard toward destroying the USA to enable quicker & easier set-up of the Marxist globalist tyrannical NWO gulag, death camps & genocidal depopulation down to 500 million globally.

HRC was assigned the 8 years after O'B . . . 1st 4 years to shred the Bill of rights--particularly 1st & 2nd amendments 2nd 4 years to literally start WW3 to totally destroy the USA to ashes.

Well over his lifetime, Donald Trump has received at least $413 million from his father's business empire.

If that doesn't equate to overprivileged i don't know what does.

Then there is the sore feet dirty draft-dodging, no debate there really.

What's not real about that?

Honorable my arse.

1. Required to check with the Ukraine re corruption in high places BY TREATY

FACT: The Pentagon signed off in February of 2019, affirming that the Ukrainian government had met all the USA's anti-corruption benchmarks.

If President Trump wanted Ukraine to investigate the Bidens, he shouldn't have sent his personal attorney to coerce and extort Ukraine officials to do their personal bidding.

The democrats want to impeach Trump because he is not a communist.

He's patriotically hostile to the Marxist globalist treasonous goals.

Thats it really. The left in this country has gone full on commie and they cannot stand that Trump is a patriot who truly loves America. It really is that simple.

Just look at the talking points they use when asked about their hatred for Trump: Gun control, climate change, their desire for open borders. President Trump is wiping their globalist agenda for America off the map.

MERCIFULLY SO. Saving the Republic from horrific treason, in doing so.

They are in panic desperation mode and know the only way to save their political lives is to impeach him.

Not just their political lives.

He will likely execute some of them for outrageously high treason--well deserved executions. They know they are guilty.

They are trying to save their lives/stay out of prison.

It's sad really. To think they are doing exactly what china and radical islamists want, which is to cause chaos and strife amongst the American people. Thats ok with the LEFT though cause there has always been an unholy alliance with the LEFT in America and the enemies who want to destroy America within. And believe it or not, this is actually my more moderate libertarian perspective on the whole situation. It is even probably much more sinister than this.

It *IS* much more sinister--but mostly in degree. The treason is horrific. The satanic child sex abuse, murder, cannibalism, etc. are much worse than the public has any clue about. And this by many leading DIMRATS blathering smugly, arrogantly, haughtily day in & day out in the Marxist globalist media.

Too much anecdotal drivel in this thread. Why don't you research and find out why Trump should be removed from office. There is a strong indication he broke the law in dealing with foreign entities. He broke the law for purposes similar to what Richard Nixon did.

NO! He did NOT.

1. He was OBLIGATED BY TREATY to investigate the Biden's corruption with the Ukraine.

2. He was OBLIGATED by Presidential duty & by his campaign promises to clean D.C. of outrageous corruption.

3. He was OBLIGATED by Presidential duty & the Constitution to attack corruption, treason, outrageous child sex abuse.

I suggest you do about 10,000% better at your research & reality testing.
