Oh I was referring to when Obama said that the UN should tell Russia to get out of either the Crimea or Georgia completely oblivious to Russia's veto power on the Security Council, and then later when he told Romney that the '80s called and wanted their foreign policy back in reference to Russia being such a threat.

By contrast, check out this Trump highlight clip, from an early 2016 Republican Primary debate. Bernie Sanders is probably the closest to Donald Trump, as far as "brashness" on the debate stage.
