Cardi B (who is supporting Bernie Sanders for President) blamed Trump and said she wants to get Nigerian citizenship now (you can't make this stuff up). Now she's also saying she wants to become a politician (Jesus help us)

Amen brother. Could you just imagine entertainers and game show hosts wanting to be politicians? Lord help us!

Please. The US assassinated an important figure, plus the official Iraq guy as collateral damage.
Don't pretend that's fine and didn't play any part in the events that followed.

Because it's not as clear cut as you seem to think if the US is the bully or the kid.

First he wasn't assassinated, second Iran shot down the airlines after they launched 12 missiles while the US did........nothing the whole time...

Canada is full of idiots. I think it's Trudeau's fault.

Please do not judge our country based on Trudeau. Most of us dislike him. Western Canada wants to seperate over him.

I am happy that Trump made "smoked salami" happen. Going after the people who are the problem is the better answer. Popping that guy was more of a detterant than anything the west has done in a decade.

As for the Iran deal, most of Canada is smart enough not to buy a deed for the Brooklyn bridge...

I thought the Blame America First crowd were all American democrats (socialists).
Seems like we have a Canadian or two in the mix as well!!

Oh, you mean like a second rate actor becoming president. A Mr Reagan comes to mind. That's sarcasm.

The blame US crowd is here, factually enjoying misspelling and miss appropriating the US as America...such fun words as "Merica", "aamerika", "Mericans" etc. etc....you will recognize them since most thier postings end with such garbage.

The population of my State (Texas) is 10mil less than the country of Canada. (unless you count illegals), now this meat processor CEO ( Michael McCain of Maple Leaf Foods) has zero influence.

I understand frustration just as well as deflection, projection etal. are tied to ignorance, despite the source.

It wasn't murder which is another aspect to the term assassination as in killing a civilian. He was a military combatant and you don't assassinate combatants. Did you also call Obama's 550+ drone attacks that killed 4000 all assassinations too?

Just going off the OP "title". Minus all the blah, blah and blah replies....

A "Canadian" "CEO" is pretty much irrelevant to any meaningful world events.

Yes A CEO might be weak, but I don't think it is totally irrelevant. It didn't take long for this.

www.yahoo.com...

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Monday that the victims of the Ukrainian airliner shot down in Iran would still be alive if the recent escalation of tensions in the region had not happened, according to a transcript of an interview with Global News TV....... Trudeau said Canada did not receive a heads up before the United States killed Soleimani, and that he "obviously" would have preferred one.

And that just looks like an even weaker arguement then the CEO argument, since he was on vacation an probably to busy to give a crap.

I value justice and find it disturbing to execute a person without a fair trial.
Especially in this day and age when everybody just makes up stories to support their preferred propaganda.

Normally I would agree with you, but sometimes, someone just needs to die.

If Solomani hadn't attacked the US Embassy, He might still be alive today.

Nope... as you rightly point out below, the embassy had nothing to do with it. This was in retaliation for the American that was killed and the 3 others wounded.

If I remember correctly, this all started because a US contractor was killed.

Correct...

So, should we not kill anyone when we are at war, but implement rulkes of engagement whereby we are only allowed to arrest the enemy?

Well general crater was engaged in genocide against the natives and fake France is all about that murdering natives so of course they would be friends. Treadeau is one of those people that could get caught sodomizing children and no one would be surprised, so gives a negative fck I do.
