Illinois wants to tax childbirth

One of my ex-Girlfriends was a teacher. She was also her school's Union Rep. She invited me to a resort for a weekend because they were having a meeting. All expenses were paid and all she had to do was attend a two hour meeting Saturday morning. She asked if I wanted to sit in on the meeting, so I did. It was all about how they were going to sabotage "No Child Left Behind" to benefit the Union.
