Point is: it is *super excellent* for kids coming into the planet, good for future generations and REALLY inconvenient for parents.

The phones/service is useless without the towers.

Why 21?

If it was like 17 or 18 then so many states would join the bandwagon

Cuz minors with cellphones develop all sorts of addictions thru the devices
