So you consider around half the people of the nation to be pathetic cry babies?

Yep, biggest group of worthless hypocritical whiners I’ve ever heard in my lifetime. If ya’ll would sprinkle a little common sense and reasoning in the mix it might not be so bad but we can’t even get that out of ya’s. Hell, ya’ll are so consumed with your hate and sniveling you can’t even do the job America hired you to do. So yeah, pathetic cry babies it is I suppose. After a good three years of listening to ya’ll piss n moan about anything and everything, I’m more than done with you. I really don’t give a chit what you’ll have to say at this point, I assume it’s just more of the same ol whinny BS you’ve been spewing for the last three years. Prove me wrong.

My two cents, Trump got elected because his opponent was Hillary Clinton, bent as a £3 note.

Who even knew Trump was going to do the same with a £4 note???!!!! LoL

Politics is broken by design Notoneofyou but Trump, his attitude suggests he thinks he's a king rather than a POTUS imho.

I just wish politics was real and not a pantomime with the bastards pulling the strings behind the curtain aka the World Bank, the military-industrial complex, corporations, and their ilk.

Trumps just a puppet, like any other politician.

If we're going to go by that logic, then the only thing that really matters is getting the person in that will screw with us the least.

Get the person that keeps taxes low, get the person who doesn't make all sort of crazy laws that will screw with you, get the person who doesn't grow government into a giant controlling Big Brother.

What do you imagine the rest of the world leaders think when this can happen to someone so high up in the power structure of the Iranian regime?

Are they going to be next to get skelped with a hellfire should they or their commanders disagree with Trump's rhetoric?

This does not bode well for anyone and breeds nothing but mistrust and discontent.

As to this ""actionable intel"" be nice to hear about it, justification and all that jazz.

After all, if you are going to assassinate people on foreign soil without any kind of consent whilst withholding the reasoning as to why, people are apt to ponder the justification, especially after what Soleimani did to the likes of ISIS and there ilk.

By the way, they will be back in spades in Iraq after the US departs.

Need to find an honest one first, a person that is.

And where politics are concerned, those are few and far between, once they start to climb the ladder.

"They" are always going to screw with us DBCowboy, I'm up for finding the ones that do so the least as much as any other sane person.

Don't seem to be going that way through, quite the opposite in point of fact.

Take it you joined the club?

Ya'll needs to learn how to spread the love again.

Bring back the old America is my take on the matter, as the world needs you.

Neither here nor there. The man was responsible for killing Americans. Trump made it plain that that would be a mistake.

Those other world leaders will be perfectly safe in their plush little beds, unless they're killing over 600 Americans.

And Congress will be getting the picture here in a few days.

Also, I don't give a rats ass what he did to ISIS. As far as I'm concerned, he only did any of that so as not to have another Islamic spring pop up in his backyard. Doesn't change the fact that he's responsible for the deaths of over 600 Americans, and also violated what amounted to house arrest by being in Iraq. He was a Pit-bull, let off the leash at the behest of Khamenei.

And Trump's responsible for killing an Iranian and an Iraqie, you must see the circular nature of the predicament?

You don't kill the other side's leaders, it's just not the done thing.

All you are doing is creating a substantial martyr, a Hydra no less, cut off one head and two take its place.

Im glad to see the back of Soleimani myself but im not Iranian nor from the Middle East.

This was just madness for political kudos back home, not even a substantial reason offered as of yet for the assassination other than Trump mumbling unsubstantiated gibberish.

That says a lot really, next they will be traitors.

Donald Trump in 2018 had a job approval of 85/90% amongst Republicans and 5/10% amongst the Democrats.

The division is palpable and around half your nation apparently still GAF.

Roughly half of the country openly seeks to "fundamentally change" the USA. That's a serious problem for the other half who earnestly believe the US was, is, and can continue to be the greatest success story and greatest nation on Earth by continuing course.

Look at it this way, if you will, the world is experiencing the most mobile era in human history. It has never been easier for an American who wants to experience living in, say, the UK to do so. The world is filled with nations that operate the way the Left wants the US to change to, but the US more than ever stands alone as the only country that operates the way it has for the past century. I think it is fair to say to any American who wishes to live under a European socialist system "Move to Europe and leave the US alone." I find that fair because I don't have that option whereas they absolutely do have multiple options. That's the source of division in the US right now. It's political, but it is also fundamental... a fundamental difference between people who believe the current American way is superior and people who would rather see that American way altered to be more in-line with non-American nations.

I don't think these folks are "pathetic cry babies" but I also don't think they are "Americans" when you judge them against the essence of being an American and against what this country was founded on.

Its a predicament and then some.

And not just indicative of America nether but apparent in most first-world nations.

The division that is, the thing is, well its the correct tool for the job and agenda at play.

I understand and agree that the Libs cried wolf daily for 3 years and literally kicked and screamed at the top of their lungs... But....

Does this now mean there's no way anyone can criticize the Administration now?

I really feel that any critique will automatically be blown off a Lib crying now because of this circumstance. That's what I'm seeing so far.

That effectively makes the Admin immune to criticism now, which is exactly what happened with Obama. Remember, anyone who criticized his Admin was automatically labelled as a "racist" or "birther" and therefore all critical opinions were brushed off as nonsense no matter how valid or sensible they might have been.

If you want to test my claim, create a new thread and make a critique of Trump on something small yet still valid, like his stance on gun registration or his energy policies and you'll be labelled a Lib, insulted, attacked personally, have every fallacy thrown at you, then brushed off as irrelevant and unfounded by most ppl here.

Try it as an experiment if you don't mind and are curious.

I think it's a dangerous situation when no criticism is valid and virtually everything the Admin does must be praised or else you'll be subject to ostracism.

It happened after 911, during all 8 yrs of Obama, and now it's happening again with this Admin.

Speculation, hearsay, and hyperbole isn't justification for murder.

I just don't understand why everyone believes in all this gibberish from the MSM after we caught them lying and fabricating many many times now.

The Pentagon is your source of information on *IF* our enemy was justifiably assassinated ??

The killer is not a valid source. It is tainted bias info. It cannot be trusted because they will ALWAYS defend and justify their actions.

And yes the MIC has been running the MSM since the Spanish American war in 1898 and probably before that.

Sorry, but I'm going to trust the people that risk there lives getting the pertinent information for actionable intel.

So because some soldiers risked their lives in combat than = all info from the Govt is true?

That's not a valid reason to believe in junk coming out of Reuters and the AP.

Those soldiers didn't validate anything, it's all hearsay and preconceived notions based on rumors etc.

Time for an executive order.

From the Constitutionally elected Commander in Chief of all armed forces to every individual that has taken the oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution. It has come to my attention the United States has been infiltrated by a domestic enemy intent on usurping powers neither enumerated nor granted to them by undermining the US Constitution. It is with deep regret that no further negotiations are possible as all avenues of reason have been exhausted. Therefore all leave is cancelled, individuals are to grab their gear and go bags and report to superiors to await further orders and missions.

The mission will be complete and total in scope with a refined swiftness to return everyone to standard duties levels.

Well overdue

Their aid and comfort to Iran has crossed a red line.

Standing by for lawful orders

You really want to play that game? A lot of skeletons in the closet of folks on the other side of the isle and you haven’t called any one out! So you must support anything that’s ever been said about any public figure you haven’t out right rejected. Your soap box can’t seem to hold all that hot air you’re blowing.

More to the point, does grabbing a women’s kitty make you a war criminal? Or just bragging about it with a hot mic around makes one a war criminal?

Nancy needs to stop using congress for her partisan political agenda, Ive never seen someone so committed to their party they put country last.

We will see how it goes.

This could very well be our own cia.

They aren't friendly with Trump. I remember Brennan throwing a hissy fit about revenge, and most of his people still work there.

3/4 of the globalist elite would love to see this go badly, and see Trump overreact.

But He knows this too.

He's not an idiot.

Trump is a war criminal--psychopath--as well a Nazi-like leader who pardons war criminals.

She should add war criminal to the impeachment charges.
You should add Obama then as he had Qaddafi killed in Libya after he had Standown of military support of our Anerican ambassador and personnel there, plus he had a seal Team Six go in and murder BinLaden and a bunch of other people in Pakistan and he Also ordered a drone strike on an American citizen abroad without due process, then there was the Syria thing without Congressional approval. You see in Nancy’s mind it’s ok only if she approves but if she doesn’t Queen Pelosi throws a tantrum.

Flinging kids into cages unattended by there parents or guardians could indeed be considered a form of torture, and a state-sponsored one at that.

As to the cartels, do you mean your own alphabet agencies per-chance?

Coz in this day of age they are pretty much one and the same thing.
Flinging life into cages... now there’s a vivid image ... a bit hyperbole not to mention the pics were from Obama. As many times as it’s been said on ATS by me and others, you’d think people would get it already.

But this is at least a legitimate complaint as opposed to some propaganda bs like Ukraine or Russiagate.

You can criticize all you want, matter of fact I think it should be encouraged that we criticize our government and hold them accountable for their actions. I’m just done with all the unnecessary whining and hate from the left. We get it, many of you hate the guy but grow the eff up, y’all are acting like toddlers. There’s people on this site that every time they post it’s all about their hate for Trump and nothing else and its grown old, not to mention that the hypocrisy of the left is off the charts. I think it’s lame that so many people focus on criticizing one person all while completely ignoring their side of the street, which is often more times than not, dirtier than the one they critique.
