Actually, that is a lie.

Iran was adhering to it's commitment to the Nuclear Deal prior to #45's withdrawal from the deal and here is confirmation by the body tasked with doing the verification:

But, I'll give it to #45, he's distracted people from his impeachment 'problem'.
