Worth reading.......

twitter

Can you imagine if one day they drop bombs on any of the 7 Wonders of the World or historical sites all over Europe? Or destroy the Statue of Liberty or Mount Rushmore? At some point the war supporters need to stop and think things over for a second.

52 sites to bomb for 52 hostages. Seems symbolic in nature.

That's what the quote from the President said. 1 for each of the hostages.

It seemed symbolic in nature even though the President already said that it was?

You do realize that we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Jimmy Carter?

So this is now Jimmy Carter's fault?

Wow. Talk about revisionist justification.

Had the past administrations taken a similar stance

They wanted to be level headed? Not start a war?

we wouldn't be in this mess.

Now we are. See above.

Level headed has cost countless lives while Iran has grown more and more bold.

I call that "candy assed" personally

Your link speaks to what i said. Caught in the act....and we blew him up as he headed to the airport.

If we would headshot one of our own in a church you can imagine it wouldnt go well for foreign nationals trying to attack us on American soil. Their best bet is to attck urban areas....in the country we are exceptionally well armed.

Ok if that is how you're re-phrasing every article. Fleeing typically means leaving, so that means a terror attack happened, but what was that terror attack? The MSM and Trump said he was about to engage in a terror attack, Soleimani was planning an imminent attack...only you said he was fleeing from one, the MSM and Trump never mentioned he was fleeing, they said planning...fleeing vs planning. US military intel knew where he was traveling and decided the airport on Jan 2nd was the best time.

What is the alternative?

Probably even more lives.

That's the point.

So did you show similar concerns when Taliban was destroying world heritage sites in Afghanistan or ISIS was going about blowing up anything not Islamic?

Why poke up now is my question.

Now if someone is using such sites as depots thats on them.

Sure let's bend over and let them do it over and over. Let a bully smack the innocent around and flee.."Sorry folks, bully is fleeing so you can't touch him, some glutton for punishment should have told you at the entrance".

Are you insulting me that where was I on ATS you don't remember me in those threads type thing? That's a little weird...but I'm weird too...I was thinking if there is any Freemason ties to this? Happened on 1-3-2020...Soleimani was born 3-11-1957. I'm not sure if there is other symbolism.

The regime uses Islamic cultural centers in Iran to train its cyber army.

If by culture, Trump is inferring buildings like the tombs of terrorists (Khomeini and his gang), then Iranians wanting their freedom back and not loyal to the current regime would support. Heritage sites existing before 1979 belong to the people. This distinction is very important.

Fire at will, Commander.

Iran, before and after 1979...

There's no coincidence in that - none whatsoever.

Get'er done Mr. President.

Level headed is just a subjective term here.

A counter would be "so cowardice is preferred?"

I think what Trump did here is completely level headed. He took advice and counsel from across the government prior to acting decisively.

I have never been a Trump supporter, however I have no doubt the USA could serve Iran it's own ass on a platter..
and it is starting to sound like we should and it is time.

Probably?

You are describing cowardice. Maybe if you ignore the wedgie and give the bully your lunch money he wont punch you in the nose again.
