And what is the percentage of people outside of being just male and female?

Maybe less than .003 percent of the population?

So, why should that voice guide us versus the more common people?

Not only that, but how many of that infinitismal percentage are actually up in arms over this but are instead being used as a screen by those who were either 100% female or 100% male but are trying their best to deny that biological fact or those who just like to show how virtuous they are by getting offended on everyone else's behalf.

I think many have already used it quite effectively against themselves.

The people in our capitals are BSed to believe there are lots of LGBT people out there, way more than the five percent that actually are. They think there is a lot of votes there for these people and people who support them. There isn't, most of the people who do support them will not go out of their way to vote for those in congress who are trying to change the laws. In fact, it may deter more people from voting for the candidates in the long run.

Politicians are not all that smart, and the think tank people are not very wise. They can bury themselves so deep into scenarios that they cannot see what is really going to happen. I know the ways of these kinds of think tank people, being an overthinker myself. I know sometimes they get diverted down the wrong path because they feel they are that smart that they do not have to actually evaluate the validity of the research they read to verify if it is applied properly to come to the right conclusion.

Shemales are still biological men, a DNA test will always show that. There is a genetic mutation which can result in a person being born with both genitalia, that is the closest things to a 3rd gender. It seems to me we need to create some clear separations between biological gender and self-assigned gender. As for the lady she defended, a good lawyer should be throwing themselves at her pro bono as they will make a massive name for themselves for suing the A$$ of the company for firing her over something she said on a personal account outside the work environment.
