Can anyone say, "Total foreign policy failure"?
The whole of the world sees him as a blubbering idiot, except maybe Putin. He may see him as a useful one.

This isn't a thread about Obama though.

Keep up.

I don't see any difference between Trump, Obama, or Bush.

If NK is attacked, then China will come to it's defence.

This was agreed under the " Sino-North Korea Treaty Of Friendship Cooperation And Mutual Assistance "

The Contracting Parties undertake jointly to adopt all measures to prevent aggression against either of the Contracting Parties by any state. In the event of one of the Contracting Parties being subjected to the armed attack by any state or several states jointly and thus being involved in a state of war, the other Contracting Party shall immediately render military and other assistance by all means at its disposal.

thediplomat.com...

If The U.S. attacks NK it takes on China also.

The US will not be taking on China - where would be the benefit (other than if those in charge want to bring humanity to the brink of destruction.)

Correct.

That is why The U.S. would not take on NK.

You're retarded if you really think China would engage the US if we full on attacked nk.

we COULD say that is a signal to the antarctic space nazis

but ................................

the reality is that killing just one man - has thrown irans entire campain in iraq into chaos

that is a result - with minimal casualties - and maximal impact

sometimes you kill the enemy commander in theatre - because he is the key to the campaign

Remember what China did during the Korean War ? Did they just let The U.S. walk in without consequences ?

Get real.

Have you ever heard the old saying, "treaties are meant to be broken"?

North Korea is a Chinese pawn. Pawns are meant to be sacrificed.

NK has 60 or more nukes and their rockets are capable of hitting SK, Japan, and the coastal US. They have been working on a ballistic missile sub and may already have one fully operational.

Calling them a pawn honestly doesn't cover it.

There is very little danger of a missile strike in NK like it was carried out in Iraq. There is always the risk of there being some sort of deadman switch with rocket man. Any strike on their leadership would also have to be in coordination with striking every suspected spot they are storing nukes.
