In 1990, The Washington Post reported in a front page story: "Carbon dioxide is the gas most responsible for predictions that Earth will warm on average by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit by the year 2020."
The outlet further warned: "The United States, because it occupies a large continent in higher latitudes, could warm by as much as 6 degrees Fahrenheit."
CNN ran a headline in 2003 titled "World oil and gas 'running out'".
The New York Times reported in 1989 that "untapped pools of domestic oil are finite and dwindling,"
The Associated Press also reported in 2007 that “in 2001, [glaciologist Lonnie] Thompson predicted the snows of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania would disappear within the next 20 years.”
Lonnie Thompson defended his prediction and said it was a bit different from how the AP summarized it. “My prediction was that there would be no glaciers, and that is true,” he told Fox News by phone.
“What we have now are ice bodies.
In 2000, Discover Magazine published a largely spot-on list of predictions about 2020.
But it missed big when predicting a "grisly reality" of tech-caused inequality: "For [virtual reality pioneer Jaron] Lanier, the most heartbreaking scenario is festering in the third world, where, he believes, the current generation ... will be lost in the next techno-revolution ... ‘You're going to have to somehow live while you watch a billion people starve...'"
Reuters newswire ran this headline in 1997: "'Millions will die' unless climate policies change."
The report said 8 million people would die by 2020, citing a prediction in the Lancet medical journal.
The petition’s author wants ABC to replace McCain with either Ana Navarro, a former aide to Jeb Bush and John McCain (Meghan McCain's late father), or Jedidiah Bila, a "Fox & Friends" weekend host who later became a co-host of "The View" until leaving the program in 2017.
Anybody who can go down 300-3,000 feet in a mine sure as hell can learn how to program as well,”
If Joe got any dumber we’d have to water him.

So you are using bias MSM to make fun of their opposition? Wow.. so unique and clever.. And certainly not partisan at all!
Democrats are stoopid and silly! Go Republicans!! They never do anything wrong!
I checked out Fox today I couldn’t believe how much material there was to make fun of democrats . So instead of making 8 individual threads. I’m going to make one and hit on all 8 topics.

First off, five doomsday predictions that failed. I’m pretty sure you guys know what’s coming for number one.
FAKE NEWS !
Put that in a file with every other GW prediction under the header WRONG !
My God how dumb are the global warming prediction optimist ?
FAKE NEWS !
CNN ran a headline in 2003 titled "World oil and gas 'running out'".
I guess that would’ve taken care of global warming though ? 🙄
Of course when you mention fake news the New York Times had to get involved.
The New York Times reported in 1989 that "untapped pools of domestic oil are finite and dwindling,"
The price of gas were going down when they made that prediction.
Go figure 🤔
Here’s more fear mongering global warming BS.
FAKE NEWS !
The Associated Press also reported in 2007 that “in 2001, [glaciologist Lonnie] Thompson predicted the snows of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania would disappear within the next 20 years.”
What does a intrepid global warming “ expert” do when his prediction is wrong.
Yup Lonnie fofollowed the liberal playbook and made excuses. 🤦♂️
I actually laughed out loud when I read this.
Lonnie Thompson defended his prediction and said it was a bit different from how the AP summarized it. “My prediction was that there would be no glaciers, and that is true,” he told Fox News by phone.
“What we have now are ice bodies.
Here’s discovery magazine. Everybody say it together this time.

To be honest 1 billion people were threatened with starvation. Then Sally Struthers went on a diet.
Of course Reuters opened their mouth and changed feet. Using the liberals favorite elephant in the room . Yup Global warming. It couldn’t even be call it clickbait in 1997. I guess it kept the paper boys busy?

There you go 40 years of fake news and fear mongering. It’s no wonder the liberals have gone insane.

Two anti-trumper’s .
A move to promote FAKE NEWS. (fake gossip would be more accurate)
I hope ABC hires Alex Jones. 😆
In other news .....
Bernie Sanders dance in the new year to Doobie brothers taking it to the streets.
Can you picture that? 😱
I bet it looked like his underwear had crept up on him .

Democratic presidential candidates never learn. Joe Biden wants to put coal miners out of work. (it worked so well for Hillary)
I no longer think AOC is the dumbest person on the planet. If Joe got any dumber we’d have to water him.
Here’s his advice. SMH
Anybody who can go down 300-3,000 feet in a mine sure as hell can learn how to program as well,”
There’s more but I ran out of room.

So governments all agree..... a carbon tax. Every European government ..... that is all they talk about....and new taxation to fill their purses and yet few see this for what it is. And Al Gore gets a cut of ALL carbon taxation.
How is a tax going to heal the planet? It never has and it never will.

Well, someone has to tell you guys what to think. Otherwise an original thought might creep in somewhere. Can’t have that happening.
