Most people following the Spygate coup attempts against Donald Trump know that U.S. Senator John McCain (R-AZ - Now Deceased) was at least INDIRECTLY involved. (i.e. His staffer worked to hurt President-elect Trump by sharing the Steele Anti-Trump Dossier with the Buzzfeed media outlet.)

But a recent report from the Dept of Justice Inspector General contains bombshell information that confirms Senator McCain's DIRECT involvement in the coup attempts against President Trump.

Late Senator John McCain provided former FBI chief James Comey with five separate reports from Christopher Steele, that the FBI didn’t previously possess related to unsubstantiated allegations of collusion between Russia and President Trump’s 2016 campaign, the Justice Department’s recent Inspector General report revealed.

There have long been questions about why it was necessary for McCain to pass Steele’s anti-Trump dossier to Comey on December 9, 2016, several weeks after the November 2016 presidential election.

By then, Steele had already met numerous times with FBI agents to provide them with his controversial reports. Steele, however, was terminated as an FBI source in the fall of 2016 because he spoke to the news media.

The IG report discloses that McCain gave five new Steele reports to Comey that the FBI did not previously possess, proving that McCain served as a conduit for Steele’s information to reach the FBI, even after the British ex-spy was formally cut off as an FBI source.
More at: www.breitbart.com...

So now we know the truth. "Never Trumper" John McCain was essentially an information "mule", receiving salacious anti-Trump documents from Christopher Steele, and taking them directly to FBI Director James Comey.

The liberal media said President Trump was just being "mean" to John McCain, making disparaging remarks about the Senator. But as usual, they forget that U.S. Presidents are given briefings, and are thereby privy to information that few people, including the media, are aware of at the time.

Well well well, chickens coming home to roost?
Seems one of the old boy Neo-cons might finally be exposed. To his luck, post mortem, but nonetheless, this could be a victory for truth.
I'm not the least bit surprised to read something like this. As a matter of fact, I was kind of expecting it. Cheers to investigative journalism that has a pulse and seemingly a conscience.
Enjoy the holidays.

Ut oh. Meghan is not gonna like this being known. And she wondered why Trump didn't like her daddy. Will she allow this to be discussed on The View? Didn't think so.

You can't say anything against McCain because he was a vet and a POW.
You can't do anything against Biden or his son because he's running for president.
Brennan openly lied under oath and nothing happened to him.
Comey openly lied and nothing happened to him.
Hillary openly lied and nothing happened to her.

If the past is any indication...

It will be reported by MSDNC as a right-wing conspiracy theory, Democrats will call for the IG to leave office and the House Intel Committee will begin investigations into Trump.

To the OP, S&F!!!

It settled some lingering suspicions I had about the late John McCain.

It seems that information is trickling out of the inspector General's report because it was published between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and it is mostly negative for Democrats and Rino Republicans alike.

It was apparent to me that John McCain absolutely abhorred Trump.....maybe for some valid reasons. With Trumps mouthy rude comments, he can push anyone's buttons. If these claims are true, and I believe they are, McCain hurt this country he supposedly loved so much, more than he hurt the man in the oval office. Little did McCain know that Trump has the personality and energy to meet this crap thrown at him head on. But the fallout has hurt the people much more than the POTUS. McCain clearly seemed mental in the last year or so of his life.

When there is so much conflict in our leaders, it trickles down to the common man, people in the street. If 'mommy and daddy' are fighting, the whole family is in chaos and that's what we have right now. Separations and divorce hurt the children much more than the parents. Our leaders need to get it together and lead this country in a successful supportive manner. Put their big boy/girl pant/ies on and do the jobs they were elected to do.

What bothered me most about the whole McCain issue is that Sen. Graham seemed to be right in his back pocket with all the vitriol both could muster. Since McCain's passing, Graham has regained his composure but for awhile there I was completely turned off by him and considered him a traitor to the people as a conservative representative for not supporting the POTUS, right off the bat. Because of that, I don't trust Graham completely and never will. He let his friendship get in the way of doing the right thing.

McCain advocated for a strong military, but maybe even that was for personal benefit in some way.

Yeah... people who can afford a good lawyer and demand a trial by their peers VS people who cant and have to make due with a public defender who works behind the scenes with prosecutors to ensure a plea to something bonus-worthy.

This is BS and McCain was wrong to participate in it but it's hardly a symptom of our fake justice system.

For whatever reason he was misled to back the wrong horse and was/is finally EXPOSED to be the rave manager of citizens youknighted dollar donations. Megan; do you not question how/why your families wealth increased. John married money; but as Obama; on 400,000 a year for 8 years how does an ex-president afford a 15 million dollar mansion in Marthas Vineyard. Goldwater was the best last politician Arizona ever experienced modern times but before that Geronimo and Cochise were true genius..stone age weaponry and all.

I guess it should be really easy for you to throw together a verified listing of these consecutive lies? I mean right?...they're well documented, DAILY, I might add.

Lies about what?
Hillary, Comey, Brennan all lied under oath, Trump has never been questioned under oath to my knowledge.
It’s also well documented that the deranged Dems are lying to try to remove Trump from office.

To comment on the OP...
McCain is another 2 time presidential candidate loser that couldn’t stand the fact that Trump won on his 1st go around.
Especially as an outsider.
McCain was a deep state spook RINO that kissed Obama’s ass every chance he could get near him.

McCain was scum, and Graham is as much an establishment swamp creature as anyone and should not be trusted at all.
