Firm believer in Laurel Canyon. Queen movie starts out with a freaking fast flash of a Masonic emblem on a ring. Hubby and I are currently in the middle of the Beach Boys movie Love & Mercy, there's a scene where the boys talk about their father doing black magic and they demand Brian churn out mindless songs about cars and girls while he wanted to expand. And lastly, we just finished Once Upon a Time In Hollywood and curiosity prompted me to look up a few things and I learn that the Manson Family was kicked off Dennis Wilson's property before they moved to the movie ranch. Bad Company.

As May West said, "When women go wrong, men go right after them."

"Bruises on my knees for you" really? From what, skateboarding?

Lol... seriously, what's wrong with that video? I got into satanism because of a hot chick. I realized it was a joke, like every other "religion" and got out of it. Very mild compared to actual religions. Media didn't do anything to me. I listen to underground death and black metal, stuff that would make satan blush if he existed.

And you're referencing Jimmy Page and Bob Dylan as today's music? You're the grandparent of a boomer stuck in a millennial's body lol.

The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world he doesn't exist.

I listen to black metal as well. I wasn't saying Jimmy Page and Bob Dylan is today's music. Just examples of people in the music industry who are in to the occult.

I like Billie Eilish's music. I like a lot of music i consider to be "satanic". The only difference is im not acting like this # doesn't exist. I see it for what it is, and just don't let it influence me as a person and like to make fun of it for being so blatant these days.

I just see so many kids and adults trying to emulate people they consider to be super cool and can't see how their very beliefs and behavior are being manipulated.

2019 American Music Awards. This Chick starts her performance with "welcome to OUR sunday service" With a song called "Raising Hell" It's so blatant its insane to deny this now.

People wouldn't recognize an occult ritual if it slapped them in the face.

This goes down the deep end with MK ULTRA stuff which im sure everyone here knows about. Take this article with a grain of salt its a bit much. The American Music Awards this year were actually Hell themed.

vigilantcitizen.com...

It's insanely blatant these days. I'm definitely not a bible thumper or religious in anyway but this is just getting ridiculous at this point.

It is kind of strange that most of the time we view the sexual exploitation of people under 18 as bad. They keep on telling us that they are not mentally mature enough to make competent, adult decisions at that age. Now aren't they even trying to raise the age on consumption of certain substances from 18 to 21, because they are not mature enough to make proper adult decisions?

But here we have a child (as many of you claim when it suit you) twerking around and being sexually suggestive. Don't other 'children' watch and emulate this stuff? But now it is ok because it is entertainment? How far does that entertainment clause go? Twerking on stage? Twerking on film? Being sexually suggestive with adults? Escorts without physical contact could be considered a form of entertainment.

I wish you people would make up your mind.

So, another "I don't like this music" thread.

Pretty easy fix..don't listen.

Or are we only supposed to listen to what the OPs of these threads like/approve of?

When it comes to music and art I don't believe in censorship of any kind ever! It's like the last freedom-frontier we got! It's not the job of the artist or producers to protect people from lyrics or messages in the music just like it's not the job of the actors/actresses or movie producers to protect consumers of the entertainment industry. Would I let a young child listen to this music? I am not sure, I guess it would depend on the maturity level of the child. My mom let me listen to whatever I wanted growing up and I still ended up OK. Ozzy didn't sing me into killing myself LOL! And yeah, we played Stairway backwards to hear the satanic lyrics LOL!

Now, I'm not one to limit free speech in any manner, however there are restrictions in place to that for good reasons (usually). I've heard this annoying song for a while, and apparently it is a hit with the kids.

How in the hell did society come to not only accept, but APPROVE of songs of minors seducing adults?

Hole Tipper Gore Flashbacks Batman. I have to be honest here usually people who say " Now, I'm not one to limit free speech in any manner " theres ALWAYS a "But" and they generally seem to want alot of restrictions in place.

Based on the artists interviews about the song, she says its 'about how people present themselves".
www.nme.com...

Its way less egregious that say Springsteen's "Im on fire"?

Hey little girl, is your daddy home?
Did he go away and leave you all alone? Mhmm
I got a bad desire
Oh oh oh, I'm on fire
Tell me now, baby, is he good to you?
And can he do to you the things that I do? Oh no
I can take you higher
Oh oh oh, I'm on fire
