I was listening to my favorite talk radio today and Doc Washburn interviewed a woman. Yes, I said a woman, because I can't remember her name but she was presented as a Constitutional legal specialist, or something or other.

Anyway, she said Now that the house is finished with this fiasco, all of the governors of states Trump carried in the electoral college have grounds to bring suit in the federal courts because their states representation in Washington voted to impeach which is contradictory to those states popular vote in 2016.

She also stated that such would most certainly go directly to the Supreme Court.

I have previously stated this will never get to the Senate and so far I haven't been proven wrong yet. Nancy doesn't want to deliver it now. I wonder why?

So if you hear of a new case being rushed through the federal courts by state governors, you're forewarned.

Oh, I said a few weeks ago, it's time to get the 3rd branch involved and now it may happen.

She knows she risks going to prison ... instantly. She knows her citizenship could be revoked ... instantly. She knows she would then lose all of her rights as a US citizen ... instantly. And she knows everyone who has stood beside her in her endeavors faces the same.

It's truly an open and shut case against the Dems.

And ... just look at what's happening with the militia in Virginia. They're right next door. Whoops!!

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

For what? Obeying Constitutional mandate?

She knows her citizenship could be revoked ... instantly.

The definition of citizenship is defined in the Constitution.

The President has said he will overturn the Constitutional definition of a citizen, to remove birthright citizenship. That is, he is not being protective of the Constitution that he has sworn to uphold. He has broken his oath of office in this one instance alone, let alone in things which he has been impeached for.

The President has already had articles of impeachment raised against him and has been impeached by vote of the House of Representatives. Even if not removed from office, he has already lost the power to pardon anyone and some of his other powers are also now removed. He never had the power to declare someone guilty without trial. The Senate vote only decides whether he stays or goes as President. He has already been impeached.

I think that any attempt by Trump to retaliate against his accusers will not go well.

If he were concerned with the country rather than himself, he might just be able to shrug things off and keep on doing the day to day stuff, regaining face as things proceed.

But since he is an ego on a stick, he'll throw the whole country into jeopardy again (like he did with the government shutdown) to get his way. Simultaneously indicating his true nature and validating the charges against him.

Impeachment, regardless of President or party, is NOT about what some random citizen thinks about the impeachment. It damn sure isn't about voting for or against impeachment based on how the citizens in a respective state voted in the general election.

You're basically saying, "I don't care if he was found guilty of an impeachable offense, my representative should vote not to impeach because that's more important than the crime itself."

Like a jury member voting not to convict a murderer because, "I like him though."

Except the "murdered" person is sitting in the room telling you that they were both not murdered nor had an attempt on their life.
