Your asking the wrong person, as I am biased against Creepy Joe.
Investigate, using the appropriate agency that have jurisdiction over the matter, not your personal attorney. If wrongdoing is found, hang him by his nuts.
Right next to Trump.

The one thing everyone needs to understand is that the President was impeached solely based on a perception of an event. Even when the main players say otherwise it was this perception, not facts that created all this. That perception was completely based on political bias, nothing more and nothing less. If you believe in that perception that the liberals created it doesn't change reality.
Labeling does not equate to guilt, but in this case it did at least for the liberals to vote on an indictment. The interesting part is if this WAS an actual trial it would have ended in a mistrial very early in the process. Their article 2 alone would have led to a mistrial, and that is based on that the SE has ruled if a prosecutor even remotely suggests that silence of the accused or if the accused fights to defend themselves as admission of guilt the trial is done, over...
All I need to say is the House needs to be thankful it wasn't a trial....Trump didn't want to play their game, they had numerous legal directions to go if they really wanted anyone that Trump didn't want to testify to come before them, but they didn't and so decided to turn it all into article 2. So in the end article 1 is just a perception they created and article 2 is not allowed....

It makes for great theater although a weak cast on the democrat side.
The undisputed fact is he asked for a favor in exchange for funds. This got shot down by a whistle blower, so he quickly released the funds and gave his 'no quid pro quo' phone call to Sondland to cover his ass. But it was too late.
This could all be settled by releasing the actual phone call and letting his admin testify. That he does neither is telling. Let the light of truth shine in and destroy the darkness of corruption that has descended on the presidency.

If Obama did what Trump did would the Republicans impeach him?
Absolutely.

Are you just ignoring facts or do you really think you can just say a thing and that makes it so. He did release the phone call as quick as can be expected where the President of the United States private phone calls are concerned.
Got a link to this released phone call? The major news networks would pay dearly for this.
And I do mean the actual phone call, not a 'summary', which is second hand information.

They can always bring in Jessie Smollett, I hear he is looking for work...

Yes, the price for attempting to bribe a foreign govt to get dirt on a political opponent, and then covering it up, is impeachment.
Bravo to those that stand up to this, this is not what we stand for in America.
Pay attention future presidents, or your going down also!!

they'd be content to see not just the Office of the President, but the entirety of the American infrastructure, continuity of government, and way of life destroyed.
And so, you can probably just go ahead and extend that to Western Civilization, something they seem to have no real attachment to other than their disdain for it as a "symbol of oppression" or some other sort of Cultural Marxism &

It caught the democrats off guard , they expected to be able to just ride the he is hiding the phone call horse all the way through the impeachment. So when he released it they immediatly began reaching for anything they could that would stick. The problem is the impeachment bed was made so they had no choice but to sleep in it, to abandon the imeachment would have shone way to much indecisiveness.
They call what Joe Biden did with Ukraine and his son a conspiracy, and tried to pass off a perfectly normal presidential phone call between Trump and Ukraine as a crime. Its simple he had Joe Biden in a corner, the Democrats impeached trump because he had Joe Biden by the nuts. those are facts pure and simple.

the only person to blame is trump for his illegal actions that got him impeached.
take person responsibility.
