I read information that the US has cut carbon emissions by twenty percent over the last ten years while most of Europe, other than Germany has only cut their emissions by less than two percent. So, we do not join in that scam but continue to cut our emissions more than the vast majority of those who do? And we are supposed to pay them money to belong in that scammy organization. Americans are not all fools, just those who are gullable to believe in the legitimacy of the paris climate change stuff.. They act as if we were all born yesterday. They may be able to BS their people into believing a lie, but we do not have to accept their scam.
