Pretty much an impeachment flimflam by the Democrats, and Trump keeps rolling along. All of this ultimately is just making his base stronger and stronger as we grind towards election 2020.

The Constitution remains,it's a few person's perverted fascinations with undoing the elections.

The Constitution is just fine, it's just on how it was applied and used in this case by unscrupulous and ultra bipartisan politicians. It happens from time to time, which is why if it ever proceeds it will be struck down by the Senate like it would if it ever was brought for an impartial judicial review. It's a flimflam.

prohibits such. The Democrats have violated The Constitution, and they
should face the consequences.

Actually it's a powerful document that gives the Senate the role of adjudicating whether the House has brought a valid case. The requirement of a super majority in the Senate to remove a President means it's almost impossible to achieve it along partisan lines. Genius.

The Constitution opposes a monolithic government with absolute power under a single leader (tyranny).

We will see. The Senators are the jury. The case for impeachment has already been brought in the articles. The chief Justice sits in the position of judge.

The Chief Justice administers proceedings, but the Senators make the rules and also pass judgement by vote.
