Hey! Not been on here for a bit... busy working for a change, making the moneyz and keeping it simple providing for loved ones
Not been the greatest year for stability but by far has been the biggest eye opener as far as wisdom goes.
Lost my Uncle a few weeks back... he was one of the most inspiring figures of my life so far. At the funeral they played a video of his life with
pictures of all the moments and how he lived. He was a trained pilot, family man, a Scottish folk singer, a musician, comedian, entertainer, host,
travelled the world, hard worker and thrillseeker. He had this sort of gravity around him that just made you feel better with him in the room if that
makes sense. He will be missed.
He lived so well and did it right I think, have never been to a funeral with so many people touched by a single life, epecially for a man nearly 70
years old.
This was his favourite song that he used to sing at New Year to everyone...
I don't think I have had the pleasure of knowing someone who was more of a man in my life if im honest. Not until he passed have I realised he
provided me with the template of who I want to become like in life and now feel blessed to have had a real living example to show the way - feel quite
inferior to the example set. Ive always battled with a temper, lose my rag at times with small annoyances but never seen him lose his cool once during
stressful times.
It's shaken me to my core of how short life really is and how much we waste time these days on stupid crap.

Maybe that is the secret... just being a nice person and making others feel better? Seems so simple but not easy to master
Do no harm, which doesn't mean you cant defend yourself or loved ones but dont intentionally cause harm -then when you get a bit on in age you will
have a lot fewer regrets than others.
