I heard Tulsi wasn't going to vote and that she wanted censure instead.

Well I'm sure that will please the DNC........

By this vote they are saying Biden is the de facto 2020 candidate.

Who needs debates or primaries.

Is this vote only for agreeing to the first article of impeachment, then they have another vote for the second article? Then the last will be the impeachment vote?

I believe that this is the real deal.

They've voted for the 1st Article, now they'll vote for the second.

It's a done deal.

Tulsi voted present.

Did you hear how Pelosi snarled at the "present" vote?

She's not happy bout that.

Well, they did it.

Fine.

This is the precedent they set.

it's ON!

On a side note; how many leftists are going to riot when they realize that Trump is still president?

It's going to be a bloody summer. The media will see to that.

I think what irritates me the most is how nonchalant they are during the counts, smiling and joking like it’s just another day at work. It’s infuriating to watch this.

Who cares. The Sestercentennial in 2026 wasn’t going to be half as good as the Bicentennial so we might as well end the US right now...

We both know the impeachment won't make it past the Senate.

Running Biden pretty much guarantees a Trump win in 2020. I am really starting to believe the Democratic party is just that stupid if they think Biden was a chance of trumping Trump.

Apologies but I really haven't been able to work my way through the mountain of impeachment based threads or trawl my way through the 24 pages of this one but could someone please explain to me in laymans terms and I know this may sound strange but also free from any sort of political bias exactly why Trump is being impeached and what that exactly means.

Many of us outside of the US are genuinely interested in this but get turned off by the blatant bias and pre-conceived viewpoints that so many seem to have.

Thanks in advance.

House impeachment no longer means very much. It's more like a slap on the wrist now.

It actually made Bill Clinton more popular and a multi-millionaire.
