United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974)
Presidents cant use Executive privilege just to hide information.

I thought the point was obvious. The Dem controlled House is actually passing bills. The GOP controlled Senate is doing nothing.
So why are the Dems being perceived as doing nothing?

Read slowly: Only the judicial department can determine if it legitimately falls under executive privilege or is simply hiding information for personal gain.

Judiciary report Pages 78-138, covers the abuse of power charge which includes bribery.
Judiciary report
Dood, you should have helped the idiot dems with their impeachment hearings. They couldn't get any factual witnesses other than Vindman, who acknowledged that the transcript Trump released was accurate, and Sonland who's only first hand information was that Trump wanted NOTHING from Zalinsky.
Had you been there, you could have showed the world how horrible Trump is for killing all those babies.
So because Trump is withholding all additional witnesses and evidence we just pretend he did nothing?
No President has EVER just flat out said "congress gets nothing", full stop. Thus the second article of impeachment.
That's why you use the 3rd branch of government, the Judicial System.
Democrats didn't, that article of impeachment is null and void.
And the Judicial already made a ruling in the Nixon impeachment. The president cant withhold information.
Different case, different rulings.
Executive Privilege is not something that the House can determine.
Yet the Supreme Court already ruled that Executive Privilege can not be used as Trump is now.
