Judiciary report Pages 78-138, covers the abuse of power charge which includes bribery.

Judiciary report

Dood, you should have helped the idiot dems with their impeachment hearings. They couldn't get any factual witnesses other than Vindman, who acknowledged that the transcript Trump released was accurate, and Sonland who's only first hand information was that Trump wanted NOTHING from Zalinsky.

Had you been there, you could have showed the world how horrible Trump is for killing all those babies.

So because Trump is withholding all additional witnesses and evidence we just pretend he did nothing?

No President has EVER just flat out said "congress gets nothing", full stop. Thus the second article of impeachment.

LOL, there it is, right there! You admit you don't have enough, you feel there is more, but rather than debate it, wait for more info from the courts, you feel that rushing to impeach without anything tangible is the right way to go. I doubt you will have to stones to answer this, but what exactly do you think will make future members of a house majority refrain from doing the idiotic thing you are your party are doing today?

That's why you use the 3rd branch of government, the Judicial System.

Democrats didn't, that article of impeachment is null and void.

Justice Ginsburg gave a speech this past weekend saying the house impeachment case is so weak, she would not even entertain it, if she were the judge.

Love her, long live RBG! Good to know she is still hangin' in there.

They all repeat it over and over, and the more they repeat it, the more true it becomes to their people.

Repitition is a proven propaganda technique.

It works for the dumb-masses...

In the latest Zogby Analytics survey, 67% of voters said that they “believe the Democrats are more interested in impeaching the president as opposed to passing legislation that will help Americans.”

Looks like Ol' "Grim Reaper" McConnell's plan is working. The House has sent upwards of 60 bills to the Senate since January. McConnell has only brought a few of them up for a vote. Most of those being name changes for post offices.

I don't know about her votes, but her statements about Donald Trump have been very balanced over the past three years.

What's your point ?

The senate doesn't work at the pleasure of the house.

I was listening to it as well but I turned it off because it was honestly disgusting the way they kept repeating lie after lie after lie. The saddest part is that the dependent thinkers are buying into everything they're saying. It's a shame they don't have balls.

Refer to the 2 or 3 Dem supporters posting comments on this page.

I ask, "What crimes has Trump committed"?

they reply, "I'm not in the mood to argue today".

They simply don't want to know the facts if they disagree with what they WANT.

Yeah, and they call us the partisans.

Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

I joke a lot, but typically there is a different tone when I am serious.

With the number of times the Democrats have said "co-equal branches of government" to justify their articles of impeachment I'm beginning to think they don't understand that our government has three branches of government. I'm guessing some of these people need to take a civics class.

Different case, different rulings.

Executive Privilege is not something that the House can determine.

"Constitution" and "Republic" are not words one relates to demmocrats and yet they seem to take the words of we the people who do and have used the words forever. If they can't win they have to steal what as their writers see as winning verbiage from the right and the Republicans.

And "solemn" I don't even want to go there.

Rhetoric and more absurd rhetoric. Talk about walking a party line... Every speech they make have the very same keywords within.

Edit to say: democracy was always their favorite word...

NOONE is above the law Not even demoncrats
