In the latest Zogby Analytics survey, 67% of voters said that they “believe the Democrats are more interested in impeaching the president as opposed to passing legislation that will help Americans.”

They are

The survey found a majority of respondents — 51 percent — are against the impeachment and removal of the president, an uptick of five percent since the inquiry was launched.

For the Republic D's say.

Sondland and Vindman can be charged with lying to Congress. Perjury.

Their opening statements were contrary to the spoken testimonies.

Democrats are basing the impeachment charge on what those two wrote, not what they admited to during the hearing.

You mean, basing their impeachment charges on what was written for them. Then the two losers went on to contradict their opening statements. Sondland especially . It was comical.

Judiciary report Pages 78-138, covers the abuse of power charge which includes bribery.

Judiciary report

Dood, you should have helped the idiot dems with their impeachment hearings. They couldn't get any factual witnesses other than Vindman, who acknowledged that the transcript Trump released was accurate, and Sonland who's only first hand information was that Trump wanted NOTHING from Zalinsky.

Had you been there, you could have showed the world how horrible Trump is for killing all those babies.

So because Trump is withholding all additional witnesses and evidence we just pretend he did nothing?

No President has EVER just flat out said "congress gets nothing", full stop. Thus the second article of impeachment.

Has he been impeached yet? When do militias meet? Let's do this!

I'm not able to watch. Did Pelosi look solemn and prayerful?

Really? Never? Hahah.

Try again.

Btw, I think the SC sided with Trump on this one. Including RBG

Reading through the "Act for the more efficient Government of the Rebel States" I don't see anything that overturns the vote passed by the 5th Congress.

In fact the words "impeach," "Article I," and "civil officer" never appear in that act. So I fail to see the point you're trying to make.

They apparently still have a couple hours time to allow each member to do their blah blah blah before voting.

Can you give an example of a president completely shutting down the flow of information from the White House to congress?
Both Nixon and Clinton gave documents and witnesses.

I believe most Democrats in the country think today's impeachment vote will be to remove President Trump from office.

Boy are they in for a surprise!

Article I applies to both the President and federal judges (civil officers) equally. If a judge can be impeached AND convicted for "chronic intoxication" even though that is not a law in the USC, then a President can be impeached for Abuse of Power.

Justice Ginsburg gave a speech this past weekend saying the house impeachment case is so weak, she would not even entertain it, if she were the judge.

Um no, not true. Obama refused Congressional subpoenas 9 times during his term. Normally, it then goes to the 3 rd equal branch of government (Judicial) to enforce. They did not want to wait for the judicial response and pushed this impeachment forward. Therefore they have actually obstructed justice not Trump.

That statement will make for a great video Montage, after John Durham starts handing out indictments and working his way up the Obama food chain.
