As this is ATS, maybe the world did end and we are the old tech virtual reality, which also explains why everything is a bit crappy!

Huh? I thought that the world actually ended yesterday! Well, I guess I better go to work.

I recall when the world was supposed to end on New Year's Eve 2012.

I recall blogging at the time, and despite knowing it was all nonsense, I had a nagging "What if?" sensation.

At 12:00 am, I had a strange floating sensation for a few minutes.
Like being totally depersonalized, almost like a wide-awake astral projection.
And it wasn't just the tequila and the bubbles.

Well it was worth over twelve months of absolute hysteria for the two minute natural high.
