So, she admits the contents of said emails are authentic?

Oh, they left out a lot of the traffic on their affair. Notice nothing in there about meeting at the love shack and other more sexual content. If anything, the Government did respect her privacy because they could have released it all. It's their property.

If I hired someone to do yard work and they are using that time to have sex in my lawn chairs and I record it, am I allowed to show anyone I wanted. Damn right I am. Go ahead and sue me because I'm suing them for not doing what I paid them to do on my property and with my property. The Government could press charges against her right now for abusing her government furnished equipment and violating ethics policies.

The childcare aspect seems plausible to me but ,,,,

This would be exceptionally fun, as she would have to
prove she wasn't at the hotel room with Peter while
she was paying the sitter.

Hahahaha nice.

Ironic, considering it was weak-minded baby Trump who got all angry because two FBI agents said mean things about him...

I find it ironic that people like you who hate Trump have no problem being owned by him 24/7. You poor lil thing you, life must be a bitch for you. aReeeeeeba aReeeeeeeba

Weren't these text messages sent on government phones?
Doesn't that mean that it is public information?
If they were personal phones, maybe.
That's why alot of people who have work phones use them only for work, so they can keep their private information on their own personal devices .

And she is.

I'm entitled to castigate her for it.

Sure, and I honestly don't mind.

I'm just here to remind everyone not to get too drawn into this and go overboard.

Last thing I want is you guys starting to devolve into becoming just like the Dems you are fighting.

Just keep using Moderation, logic, reason, compassion, sensibility, and be decisive.

That’s a fair point, I’ve been guilty of that for the past few day’s in other threads. My patience has worn thin on the actions of the House in their journey to impeachment. Then deal with the extreme hypocrisy from left leaning posters on here on ATS. Makes it hard to take them serious when discussing these issues.

Sure, she has every ' Right ' to sue for the ' wrongs ' done to her, so does Jussie Smollett for that matter..we'll see how that turns out for them.

Pretty sure most fair minded Judges don't look very favorably upon people who try and use the courts to litigate the losses they ' suffer ' for their crimes / wrong doing. The ' Private ' texts / calls were made on a government paid for phone, on Co. time, that might be a problem for her too.

The lack of awareness and Shamelessness of her actions, on many levels, is mind boggling !

Then there's days like today where I read what Schiff had to say about the upcoming 2020 election being illegitimate and all my "moderation, logic, reason, compassion, sensibility, and decisiveness" goes right out the frick'n window and rightfully so I believe. Living in a world with lots of stupid people is hard work somedays, it's certainly not as easy as some think it is.

How can you deny any American citizen the right to take their grievances to court and seek a judge's arbitration?

Easy. It is called frivolous lawsuits.

Denying ignorance .
Why ?
First time today.

Frivolity isn't determined until after it's filed and reviewed by the magistrate. And even if it passes the initial review it can still be ruled as frivolous later on in proceedings.

Hey let's be fair here, she's suing for invasion of privacy and for the costs of security, childcare, infamy, and transportation.

At least based on what I read here.

LOL...what's funny is that they don't really seem to interact as lovers in their texts that we've seen, more like co-conspirators. Maybe they refrained from " sexy talk " on their work phones, plotting a coup, no biggie, that says a lot.
