Right I've been trying to get into chat for the last few minutes and it keeps on coming up with the following screen...



Am i banned from chat, is it firewall related or what?

It is back up but I know Optimus was having no joy attempting to enter earlier when using Interner Explorer. He went and got Firefox and got in no problem.

I'm using firefox at the momment, i'll try IE to see if that makes a difference.

edit: nope, IE doesn't work either, I get the same message.

As I mentioned in the "chat is back" post. If you're having trouble connecting, clear your browser cache, refresh, click the chat link in the forum menu.

Your browser is attempting to use a version of the Flash chat client in your local cache, rather than the one from the ATS server. This is the precise symptom of that problem.

I've cleared my cache, refreshed, got the latest flash player and still doesn't work, could it be a firewall problem?

edit: doesn't matter now, it works, thanks for the help everyone
