Ramush Haradinaj, the prime minister of Kosovo announced his resignation today shortly after being indicted by the United Nations war crimes tribunal at the Hague. He was a senior commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army. Haradinaj nominated political ally Bajram Kosumi to take over as prime minister.
