I notice you still can't tell me what law they said he broke. Nice try, but a fail.

The proposed articles under investigation are:

- Extortion (withholding government aid for personal gain).
- Campaign Violations. (Already recorded as "Individual 1" in a criminal conspiracy to evade campaign finance laws, as well as trying to take down his opponent, Biden).
- Obstruction of Justice (not only in Mueller's case but also several times against the impeachment investigation).
- Violation of Election Law by Soliciting a Thing of Value From a Foreign Power and/or Abuse of Power.
- Abuse of Power by Using the Department of Justice to Investigate Political Rivals.
- Violation of the Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause (he won't let go of owning and directing the Trump organization).

Of course these are just being investigated. The next phase is to determine if they are impeachable. Then comes the trial to determine guilt. Then the vote.

Nice zig and zag to avoid the question. What law did any firsthand witness claim Trump broke. Oh that's right none. You have been wrong every time on everything.

Funny thing about all those charges is that the average American citizen couldn’t care less about any of them. Ridiculous that this circus has gone as far as it has. Bunch of butthurt biatches they are

Who cares? Pelvis PELOSI herself has invalidated the ENTIRE PROCESS of impeachment by making dumb-ass comments to her caucus that boiled down to “the American people are too stupid to be allowed to decide this by an election.”

That was the straw that broke the back of the whole fing Ark in my opinion.

ETA: Oopse

The Democrats have been trying to impeach Trump, literally since the moment he won the election. It can't possibly be more obvious that this is about politics, not any law Trump supposedly broke.

Actually they have been trying to stop him since the moment he started to run for president.

Of course they have been. He is their political opponent.

And Trump has been saying all sorts of negative an accusatory things against them from the start, too.

It is political, but the impeachment is about laws they allege that he broke, as well.

What law. Every single witness has said no law was broken.

No witness brought before the senate impeachment inquiry said any such thing.

What every witness did say was that they believed that there was an expectation of quid pro quo implicit in the words and actions of Trump.

Exactly. All the people with no first-hand knowledge said stuff like that. It's on them that they assumed quid pro quo, not Trump. The people who actually listened to the call said they there was nothing inappropriate.

Well, technically you're correct because there wasn't a senate impeachment inquiry.

And that's good enough for you, knowing the number of completely speculative and propagandist articles that Fox puts out.

This isn't speculative or a propagandist article. It's reporting. I know you don't understand the difference, because fox bad but there is a difference and it's quite obvious to anyone with decent reading comprehension skills. Doesn't mean that's what is going to happen but it's interesting that they said it.

Surely if this was actually coming from Pelosi's leadership team, they have their own press people, who'd put their own spin on it.

So pergram is lying? ok, why?

Trump has broken multiple laws, in public, and will never pay for it. Just as he claimed he could.

You claim this a lot, care to cite the statutes?

No, he was giving his opinion, and not through the channels of Fox News, but via Twitter, where he can say almost anything he wants. There are no real restrictions and as an American, he has a right to his opinion.

It's all moot now, the Congressional report is out and it looks like they are proceeding in the impeachment without any particular delay.

Honestly, how could you, I or, the general public know if Trump broke any laws unless the media, Congress or the courts told us?

And the House intelligence Committee's impeachment report seems to suggest that he did.

No

It doesn’t.

It doesn’t ‘seem’ to suggest the President broke any laws. It also doesn’t outright suggest he broke any laws. It has exactly zero evidence of the President breaking any laws whatsoever.

(Read the definition of ‘evidence’ before you come back with more lies and falsities)

My prediction: the President will not be impeached. Not Biden, Warren nor Sanders will be running against him next year. He will serve two full terms.

Incorrect, the vote pergram was talking about was the one nancy is in charge of, you know where they actually vote on the articles of impeachment (which have not even been drawn up yet).

The original timeline was before thanksgiving. Then before christmas. Now after the new year. lol

What laws did Trump break according to the first hand witnesses?

Didn't the House just finish an "inquiry" where witnesses were called? You know, so you, I, or the general public could hear first-hand "evidence" that Trump broke any laws? What exactly did we hear, you know, from the first-hand witnesses?

Democrats at this moment are going all in for impeachment lol. And they sound desperate. Far left professors trying to persuade the public that the potus is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. 🤦‍♂️

And the desecration of the US government continues.

That would be unconstitutional.

The real power is supposed to be distributed evenly.
