I thought I'd just check that the major planets were actually close to each other ,this year on the same side of the sun, according to Milankovitch it makes Earths orbit go in to obliquity.
. So if his theory is correct ,Earths rotation around the sun gets nudged to more obliquity as it lines up with Jupiter and Saturn, which makes a drop off in the solar radiance. Since the whole Milankovitch cycle takes a hundred thousand years , and an Ice age lasts about that long. With an Interglacial of about ten thousand years. Which we have just had. We have Earths orbit taking a year , to get back to Jupiter and Saturn's influence, each pass should add more obliquity to our orbit until they part company. The question is do the larger planets affect the phase of the Sun as well and cause the sunspot activity to drop. Causing a Cluster # as far as Earths climate goes.

Yes where is Phage, anyway this explains what is likely to happen, since this is a few years old I would say he's pretty spot on.
