Fmr Navy Pilot And Author Paco Chierici YouTube Interview On "Tic Tac UFO"

Francesco “Paco” Chierici is an author and a former Navy pilot who was stationed aboard the USS Ranger, Nimitz and Kitty Hawk aircraft carriers. He flew A-6E Intruders and F-14A Tomcats, while deployed to conflict zones in Somalia and Iraq. He's also buddies with former Commander David Fravor, who had a visual encounter of the now-famous Tic Tac UFO off the coast of California in 2004.

Chieric was one of the first journalists to report about this incident, when he wrote an article for the military news website SOFREP (Fighter Sweep), back in 2015:

A good buddy of mine and former squadron mate, Dave “Sex” Fravor, has one of the most bizarre aviation stories of all time. It is a story that stretches credibility, so I’ll start off by building up Dave’s bona fides.

We flew A-6s together for a cruise back in the Dark Ages before he matriculated into the Hornet world. He’s a funny guy. Smart and sharp witted, with a typical fighter pilot’s overestimation of his skills. In the air, though, Dave was all business, as professional as it gets.

I’ve loved the story since first listening because it is so crazy. I had never given aliens or UFOs much thought. It was a waste of my CPU power to mull a question like that. If they wanted to make contact, they would. If they wanted to observe from a distance, then they would be impossible to discern given the assumed high technology required to visit.

But now I was faced with credible witnesses. Not crackpots wearing foil hats but people I knew and people who were from my world. There were multiple, corroborating platforms that detected the AAVs using varied sensors. And, of course, the eight eyeballs that actually got a visual on the white tic-tac as Dave maneuvered to merge with it.

On Thanksgiving Day, a 23 minute YouTube video was posted, featuring an interview with Paco Chierici, concerning Fravor's encounter with the Tic Tac UFO. It's a great interview from a man who is not only an experienced pilot (Paco is currently a 737 captain), but a close friend of David Fravor.

I have stated on here several times, as a USMC aviation operations specialists, working with S-2 intelligence personnel on carriers, there are many reports of unexplained events. I was low level but I did get them to admit to me that some flights reported things that can not be explained.

These are highly intelligent aviators. No reason to make things up. It's real. What they are seeing no clue but it's real I know that much.

Fravors and the other witness reports are legit.
In the future, the Tic-Tac incident will be in the history books.

So, I ate a LOT during Thanksgiving. However, I have not been properly hydrating, so I passed out around 8cst and kepted waking up every other hour to go to the bathroom.
During this time, I would drink water and read this thread to include other related info on the subject.

Three explanations would be,

Compartmentalized Next Gen technology, operates outside of US scope, infused with Congressional monies designated for pork and even black project funding, perhaps even select investors.

Real world Alien technology, all in one type drone designed for exploration and maybe provocation.

Hollow Earth, persons who've been here for some time. Isolationists of the highest order, live in small subterranean enclaves and have been on the move recently as a result of global climate change and events, either foreign or domestic.
