Sounds like those falsified 302 forms that were used to send Flynn to jail are about to come back and bite someone on the ass.

One of this things that has amazed me in this while incident is that we live in a world where almost everyone has a phone capable of high definition video

Yet somehow the fbi doesn’t record interviews and instead relies on agents notes

If an agent lied in his 302 or forged evidence one time, how many other times has it happened

This destroys any faith in these intel agencies that wasn’t already gone

They were wrong.

Great thread and a thank god something is happening.

Could be Sidney Powell's questions and revelations on our Gen Flynn has led to some of this.

High heads were the origins of this and no one lesser should be charged if they aren't.

Every other law enforcement agency in the country has to record interrogations, yet somehow it's okay that the FBI just lets agents take notes!?

I was blown away when this first came out a couple years ago and I still can't believe they're allowed to continue this practice.

My guess is they intentionally have it that way so they can lie and go after people they want

Remember Schumer telling us the intel community would find six ways from Sunday to get trump?

Whelp, they certainly did

And the democrats and media cheered it all the way

I thought so, I thought that was it.
Now CNN is reporting that this had to do
with a FISA warrant.

In reality, we know it is probably both,
302's were altered, then Strzok blamed
Pientka. He has been caught.

The FISA application on Page likely contained
altered notes, which I know Comey signed
those several times.

He is a snake, they are all snakes.

Let it pour justice down on their heads.

A certain General Flynn when he got to the White House had as his top priority a complete audit of the Intelligence Communities (hasn't been done since the mid-1970's) and a lot of procedural changes.

Let's hope he has the last laugh.

I’m sure many people will start to claim that CNN must be a right wing rag that we shouldn’t listen to any minute now

She has done an outstanding job, imo.

Let's hope the court takes this into full consideration
in the Flynn case, especially since he has not been
sentenced. Hopefully Trump would pardon him along
with many others.

Far more deserving than Marc Rich.

A couple of different sources are now saying it's about the FISA documents that were used to surveil Carter Page.

A criminal investigation would suggest they have evidence that the FBI person knowingly submitted false information to the FISA court.

Yeah, here is more from the alt right wing outlet, CNN.

Time to make a list of those who might have
had a part in this aside from Comey he signed
most of the applications.

Here are the defenses I have heard from people who dislike trump on other places

1. This is probably an FBI agent altering the fisa warrant info to protect trump

2. Trump is a crook and committed bribery and is much worse than this

That’s it

The ability for some people to excuse or cheer for corruption is staggering

And who signed off of those fisa applications? Comey and sally Yates

I’m sure they will claim to be shocked, SHOCKED to hear someone altered evidence they signed off on

This strikes right into the heart of the Russia hoax.

Imagine if they had to alter documents just to get
it started, what did they continue to do?

We know alot of what they did, I am just hoping
that Durham finds a way to prosecute.

This is not new.
The fisa was twice denied prior to having the dossier added.
It has been discussed here for almost 3 years.

CNN is now shocked. They just revealed that the changes to the FBI interrogation documents were material in nature. Not just typos.

Remember when Dems were shouting instructor justice

We all said it seemed far fetched to say trump obstructed an investigation into a crime he didn’t commit

But I asked repeatedly and never got an answer

If the investigation began in a corrupt manner, is it even possible to “obstruct justice”?

How strange that people like us saw the corruption, but”journalists” like on cnn were not only not investigating this, but were telling us questioning the fbi was hurting America

But this is all just a show, they are trying to feign concern so they can blame a scapegoat to minimize this corruption

True, we did know along time ago.

John Solomon was reporting on this years ago.

thehill.com...

Nunes had to fight to get the email chain, and
I think it went from there.

This goes way back with Devin Nunes, back
to the first story on the FISA process.

I am just going over the list now, there was
FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe,
former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and former Deputy
Attorney General Sally Yates.

So this narrows the list down to Comey and McCabe.

Pretty sure it was Comey on the fist FISA application.

Why would they be shocked?
Didn't they get the exclusive with mccabe?
