Smoking age raised to 21. Why do I see this becoming a huge game [and lure] for those under 21? Wasn't like people under 21 couldn't get beer etc. when they wanted it.

Not sure about this one. The USA's track record of attempts to control alcohol, drugs, etc. has not been good. My prediction is that the smoking age control will become another legal and regulatory goat rope.
