Attorn ey General Christian Porter signed off on spy charges over bugging case

Attorney-General Christian Porter approved the laying of criminal charges that could put a former spy and his lawyer behind bars for two years for exposing Australia’s bugging of East Timor during contentious oil and gas negotiations.

The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions confirmed on Thursday that it had laid charges against the two men - a former officer of spy agency ASIS known only as Witness K and a lawyer previously contracted to the agency, Bernard Collaery.

Both men have been charged with telling the East Timor government about the bugging operation in 2004, in which surveillance devices were placed in the tiny country’s ministerial offices. This was allegedly done to gather intelligence on its internal deliberations over a dispute with Australia about how revenues would be split from the lucrative oil and gas fields lies under the sea between the two countries.

Mr Collaery, a former ACT attorney-general, is also charged with revealing details of the operation in a series of media interviews.

A secret trial in Canberra points to extent of Australia’s police-state powers

In circumstances that remain shrouded in official secrecy, an Australian citizen—reportedly a former military and intelligence officer—was prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned in Canberra last year via a criminal trial that was completely hidden from public scrutiny. Jailed for 15 months last year, the man was released in August but is still gagged by secret “Commonwealth orders” from informing anyone about his case.

The very existence of the man’s case was concealed from the public until November 8 when the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Supreme Court published a judgement dismissing his challenge to extraordinary actions by the ACT prison authorities and the Australian Federal Police to seize book manuscripts he had written in jail and raid the home of his brother, to whom he had sent a copy of the manuscripts. According to the court, the police operation was legal and necessary in order to avoid any risk of a breach of the secrecy orders.

No known precedent exists in Australia for a totally secret trial. For such proceedings and imprisonment to take place entirely behind closed doors, under undisclosed “Commonwealth orders,” points to the advanced nature of the police-state powers created over the past two decades.

The government is also demanding closed-door proceedings in the trial of an ex-military lawyer, David McBride, who revealed a cover-up of civilian killings and other violations conducted by Australian Special Forces units during the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan.

Similar provisions could be invoked in any trials of the journalists who were subjected to intimidating AFP raids in June. Police ransacked the home of News Corp journalist Annika Smethurst, who reported plans for domestic surveillance by the Australian Signals Directorate. The AFP also raided the headquarters of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), which had published information about Special Forces war crimes in Afghanistan.

These raids followed the global precedent set by the April 11 arrest in London of Julian Assange, the WikiLeaks founder and journalist, and charging with “espionage” for exposing the war atrocities and anti-democratic conspiracies of the US government and its allies, including those in Canberra.

“Witness J’s” imprisonment confirms that the highest echelons of the political, military and intelligence establishment are engaged in intensive operations to deny the public any knowledge of the crimes, abuses and mass surveillance committed by the US-linked “security” agencies.

Here's what I think.

Trump-haters won't listen to one word Trump says to them, not one. It's pointless him wasting his breath.

But they'll listen to and believe every word from dems and the trump-hating media.

Trump wants them to be so insistent. He's getting them to explain and spell out to the watching public all the correct strict legal procedures and requirements that must be met, and that were put in place by Founding Fathers in order to prevent corruptly unseating a legitimately elected President, before impeachment can begin. And right on cue ''details have been corroborated by intelligence'', ''It's a FACT that nothing in the Dossier has been disproven'', ''High-ranking officials say there's nothing in the Steele dossier is disproven''.

Without realising it, they are telling the public how high-level this all goes.

Of course WE know their version is all lies, but those blinded by Trump-hate are lapping it up because they truly believe Democrats are not corrupt and ''look because even the intelligence community have investigated everything thoroughly''. They absolutely believe and trust that all proper legal procedures and requirements that are in place have been properly followed and met. They absolutely trust what they are told by the dems and media as Truth.

The only way to make them wake up is to let them follow the lies they trust, all the way to the actual impeachment. That's when they, and everyone else in the world, will be hearing the opposite of what they've been led to believe, and see rock-solid evidence of dem-treachery and lies. In a highly-publicised legal setting, Dems will expose themselves as the corrupt lying traitors they are in front of all their loyal trusting followers. And in front of the entire world.

But it has to get to impeachment first. It's the only way to get the attention of EVERYBODY in the whole world. Everyone will be listening and watching. Even solid anti-Trumpers. Everything criminal will come out and be properly backed up with undeniable legally-procured evidence. All in the spotlight/media. A mass Awakening. Worldwide.

It's going to be Glorious. Blinding.

I didn't have a chance to read the early morning posts over breakfast and am still digesting the Stanton Friedman video posted last night. Stanton discussed "Q" clearance required for learning atomic physics, the megatonage requirements for the civilian bombing of Japan, and even forethought for supplying the childrens caskets. Lots of Quilt Guilt in these ATS "Q" threads that could be the result of not having a Q clearance? I haven't witnessed anything that required a "Q" clearance since I was out in the desert back in the 70's, and those memories I have stored in a folder marked "there be dragons". Where do you get off deciding anything about serious nut jobs on the left coast? Did you get that from reading Goethe? There are some people that enjoy autopsying children that have died from unnatural causes, especially where there has been an unusual amount of trauma and suffering. I am glad you enjoyed and were able to take something away! I have been on that thread you speak of too, interesting stuff, l&l! I have found that Missler explains the advanced subjects like time and quantum theories, in ways that are easily understood and I can even repeat them in my own words to discuss with others.... to me that’s the mark of a great teacher.

Much of his stuff, even if heavily Christian slanted, ties in to everything we discuss in the thread and site as a whole. His background being littered with more than just a ministry position leads me to believe his perspective is an interesting one to consider.

He even explains the dimensional stuff that keeps popping up in here. D5 lol.

So maybe you all already understand this, but for any other slow pokes like me, here's what I think is the gist of this, and a lot of what Q may be talking about. If this is true and it seems to be, we DO have more then we know !

In 1999 the USA , Constitution and Bill of Rights was done, it expired. Somehow this dude Gould and his partner Windmiller figured out how to become Sovereign from the Vatican , UN and other controller's, the actual ' Deep State ' or the " Crown ' , not what we think . Once this was going down, there was an 18 day window of time before the ' Deep State ' Crown takes control and this guy basically got the patents for our Flag, the Constitution and Bill of Rights and planted the Flag and declared control as Post master and gave all these things back to America, that we actually never had, but now we do, it's friggin complicated !

Why is POTUS so confident He / We are going to Win, because we already have ! So Why hasn't this been screamed from the rooftops already ? Is it because the public wasn't ready ? Is it because the Deep State / Crown has managed to keep this secret while they regroup and figure out how to take back this power ? Does anyone that was in Congress prior to 1999 know this ? Halfway thru this video.... a lot of this I have already explored but the 18 day window thing is new... the world shifted but as I was 14 years old at the time, I feel like the world would’ve seemed to have shifted regardless.....

Random.... I was at home from school sick the day 9/11 happened(and asleep) and as a consequence I do not have any of the same memories or experience of it as my peers did. I’ve always thought that maybe affected my perception of the event in a unique way, missing out on the collective discussion and experience that my fellow classmates did with the teachers and other voices guiding the interpretation.

The first thing I remember doing, was signing on AOL chat and searching for people from other parts of the world to discuss it.

I still have a pen pal from India on my social media accounts, a girl my age, whom I’ve kept in touch with ever since that day.

And don’t feel bad, I can’t wrap my head around laws, civics, all that stuff. It’s not my strong point at all. You gave an excellent synopsis.
