The shooting at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard took place near the USS Columbia, a Los Angeles-class attack submarine.

The shooter was an active duty U.S. Navy petty officer attached to the submarine, according to a preliminary incident report.

She is not the Constitutional Scholar that I would have invited. But I enjoyed her spunk! I appreciated the fact that she wore no makeup and didn't pull any punches.

Today's hearings were, by far, the most Democrat partisan so far.

I have to agree with Turley. The Democrats are rushing, while things are still unfolding. But, I also understand the Democrat's strategy. They have to push back against this president's Constitutional defiance, lest it makes them look weak, even if they know that Trump will be acquitted in The Senate.

We are watching the real time throes of political battle.

One thing is FOR SURE, Durham does not leak. It is an ongoing investigation so leaking/speaking is a huge no no. They're different departments too. Horowitz goes up, Durham does not go down.

I'd say this. At this point in the game if there is no supporting document(s), all press reports are lies on this FISA/report/topic etc.

Two main reasons. It is all they do. It is why they exist - shape.

And, the hope is at least some people will read that headline (nothing more) and ignore the followup. Remember when Drooling Bob Mueller's report came out, like 10 people read it - so those pre-report 500k news stories had an effect on those who cared enough to scream russia russia russia but not enough to view the evidence itself.
