"Common knowledge" is not a form of admissible evidence at a trial. See my post just above this one.

A jury, however, is allowed to rely on common experiences (but not extra-judicial evidence) when coming to a verdict. Similiar, but a distinction that should be made.

An example of common experiences might be "My cousin is a truck driver and he's always tired so I believe that the defendant truck driver here might have been tired after driving a 14 hours shift and missed the red light." Other jurors can rely on this or offer conflicting experiences; and a deliberation on that issue will ensue.

An example of common knowledge might be "There was a newspaper article that this particular stop light was always malfunctioning". If there was no evidence at the trial of a malfunction in the light, a newspaper article by itself is not admissible.

Can't entire websites be admissible as evidence depending on the content/relevancy?

NASA Twists Inuit Earth Shift Warning To NWO Agenda

For the past decade or so, respected elders of the American Inuit tribe have been telling the rest of us – including the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) that the planet is undergoing some unusual changes worthy of our attention.

The NASA explanation from September 2018 involved the known wobble of the planetary spin-axis called polar motion. The scientists came up with three supposed causes for the radical change in recent, accelerated sun and star positions. One of them was “melting of the global cryosphere (especially Greenland) over the course of the 20th century is one of them.”

The Inuits have their own ideas on the matter. They set out to warn NASA that these planetary changes were a natural process, a by-product of a shifting Earth.

Something might be common knowledge but a court still doesn't have to accept that it is evidence of something specific.

A lot of the digs only come up with circumstantial connections. Person X knows person Y. That doesn't mean person X knows person Y's secrets or that they committed crimes together.
