Woman said that it didn't make any sound, but the video seems to pick up a low hum. I thought it was noteworthy.

I'm going with drone. Or a bird. Maybe a bird shaped drone?

But not aliens. That's for sure.

You'll have to prove it's not aliens, you know.

Noise sounds like road/highway to me. Looks like a bird gliding.

The video was awful. Why can't videographers keep the subject in frame, especially slow-moving subjects? I see it all the time, and it's a pet peeve of mine.

Bird gliding, or possibly a drone.

So annoying when people film in portrait mode and not landscape. All you get is a sliver of video, when if you simply film horizontally, you get the full field of vision

I was going to say Vulture, but it doesn't fly like one... looked a little to stiff for a bird.

It flew like a gliding heron. Their wings are kind of arched when they glide. When they have their necks tucked, they would look like that and the legs are too thin to be visible when not in focus. That would be my guess with vulture as a second.

The humming or buzzing noise seems to be consistent among dozens of reports ive seen.

I can't see any flapping but gliding is a possibility...although I am unsure how long/far a big bird can glide without flapping it's wings. It doesn't help that the camera is in portrait mode and the person cannot seem to keep the subject in view. I admit though, it does look strange, however size and distance is hard to judge.
