Nancy believes you have to pass bills to know what’s in them so it’s no surprise she believes guilty until proven innocent

Pelosi may have evidence clearing Trump of any wrong doing, but what she did by saying that was she doesn’t have any evidence and wants to know what evidence Trump has to clear himself.

Hmm ... so going with the common courtroom analogy, when the judge tells the defense they can make their case, he’s really admitting that the prosecution doesn’t have one?

That doesn’t seem right, does it?

Any good prosecutor will have already looked for evidence or anything that would clear the person on trial.

That's just common sense.

What Pelosi is doing is goading Trump to release evidence SHE may not already have.

Maybe. Or maybe their focus group told them that Nancy at her 11% approval rating needed to “appear strong.”

BS upon BS SSDD.

That’s not what exculpatory means.

But Nancy said in plain English that Trump needs to show some evidence of innocence.

Why are YOU hacking-up the facts ? 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃

And doesn't someone charged with anything...have to provide the defense(his or hers)...by providing an alibi that can be proven?

And a drug neighborhood needs confidential informants...and the accused would never even know whom they were.

And we don't even have all the facts...but, we'll see soon, huh?

Maybe the rules and methodology for this impeachment is the model for which victims of all these new Red Flag Laws will go through? That should save all kinds of lives letting the nutbags of society think they need to go through a Trump Style Impeachment process when they are Red Flagged by their fulsome neighbors in a HOA to get their guns back.

We don't have all the facts?

Trump has now released 2 count them 2 transcripts of the phone calls to Ukraine.

But first hand evidence isn't good enough is it?

As a Democratic Congressperson said, third hand gossip is more reliable than first hand written evidence. Evidence written before the Democratic Inquisition began.

She did not say that.
She said if he has exculpatory evidence he should present it.
Rolls eyes.

Don't worry about correcting the Trumptards. They haven't gotten anything right yet and never will. If they actually could see the truth they wouldn't be Trumptards.

Look how she cut off a legit question with total BS. Her "Don't question me" attitude shows everything. If you ask her about how great they're doing against trump - it's "He's got to prove he's innocent - ask me 2 more questions". If it's someone asking a legit question about proof from the dems - it's "don't you dare fall for that nonsense... I'm cutting you off... Now lets go over to something else..., we'll come back to you later".

This infuriates me how they can get away with this BS. It's the biggest farce I've seen yet!

Same way they get away with gun control, wall street control, and climate change crap to name a few.

We're ALL guilty of something.

The presumption of innocence doesn't even enter their pea brains.

So you believe the burden is on the accused to prove innocence?

Ahem...

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!

"shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial"

If and when...(not really if), the House Judicial Committee reviews the evidence from the investigation, they will craft "Articles of Impeachment". These articles will be sent to the Senate, where the public trial will be held.

Yes, and where the fake/non-whistleblower will be called, outed (Eric Ciaramella), and exposed for the partisan deep-state CIA hack that he is.

Then the president's legal team can present a vigorous defense, confront witnesses, etc. with the "impartial" Senate jury and Chief Justice judge.

If... if, the HoR is even capable of passing Articles of Impeachment, I look forward to the Dems final destruction in the Senate.

During this inquiry, the evidence of Trump's culpability and guilt is building, and quite damning. It will be up to his legal team to present a vigorous defense, after the Judicial Committee takes all the evidence gathered during this investigation and craft Articles of Impeachment and send them to the Senate for trial.

Mind telling us what formal charges Trump has been indicted with?

Get your facts straight.

We are in the process of an impeachment inquiry, in order to determine whether or not there is evidence that the president violated his oath and/or the Constitution.
