I can prove all of their hypocrisy.

Remember when Trump fired comey, and that poster and many more, and almost all the dems and the media screamed how abusive that was, and demanded an investigation that became the two year Mueller investigation?

Now their defense of Biden using a quid pro quo was two fold

1. The prosecutor he got fired wasnt looking into Burisma.

Thats a lie and irrelevant (as Biden thought he was the person in charge) but still, with the firing of comey, we know comey wasnt investigating Trump, because comey admitted it. Yet the dems still demanded the investigation.

Explain to me how Joe Biden knew or arranged the new prosecutor would not do exactly the same thing with Burisma the previous prosecutor was doing?

First, Explain to me how Trump knew or arranged the new prosecutor would not do exactly the same thing with the russia investigation as comey was doing? Strangely enough I dont recall you decrying the two year investigation into trump for firing comey though, thats odd.

And meanwhile

1. That is irrelevant as to whether we should investigate biden forcing the prosecutor looking into his sons company to be fired using US tax dollars.

2. The investigation got kicked to the Biden/Obama friendly NABU that had buried cases for them before.

And finally

3. We know that the end result was Zelensky and Burisma, who Biden and Obama claimed were guilty and needed to be investigated gareder, were let go with a slap on the wrist from Obama/Biden allies in the NABU. Strangely Obama and Biden didnt express outrage about this though.

If Joe Biden broke the law put the effer in jail!!! Having the rule of law has to be a bi-partisan issue.

"The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 78dd-1, was passed in 1977. The program bribery statute, 18 U.S.C. § 666, was passed in 1984.[23] In the program bribery statute, "Congress, for the first time, directly federalized the crime of bribery of or by local officials."[24]"

Please, if you have evidence of Joe Biden breaking federal laws indict the mother effer!!!

Hells YEA! To hell with investigations! Hang that muther effer? Get yer tiki torches ready boys! The socialist wants a hanging!

You have bno idea if they broke laws because there wasnt an investigation into Jope bidens quid pro quo.

Quid pro quo is not the issue. Biden was part of an envoy that included the USA, the UN, EU and that IMF, who all had required that before they release the IMF $1 billion dollar aid package, Ukraine had to address their corruption problem, and get rid of the prosecutor that was shutting down investigations and refusing to prosecute fraudsters, including the owner of Burisma.

Further, when pressed, because of the Giuliani's clown show, Ukrainian officials made an announcement.

Yuriy Lutsenko, Ukraine's prosecutor general, said this week that he had no evidence of wrongdoing against former Vice President Joe Biden or his son, Hunter, over the latter's involvement with a private Ukrainian gas company, Burisma Group, Bloomberg reported.

Lutsenko said this week that neither Hunter Biden nor Burisma were now the focus of an investigation, according to Bloomberg.

"I do not want Ukraine to again be the subject of US presidential elections," Lutsenko said. "Hunter Biden did not violate any Ukrainian laws ... at least as of now, we do not see any wrongdoing."

I am discussing politicians using US tax dollars to force the firing of a prosecutor looking into their families business.

That didn't happen.

and when else in history has a Vice President of the US forced the firing of a prosecutor for another country?

ETA: I have asked this quite a few times, and always seem to get crickets.

The dems and media are saying looking into Biden to get evidence is in itself a crime, and trump should be impeached for it.

If some are saying that, then they're just as misguided as you.

The issue is twofold, and honestly isn't even about "Biden" specifically.

The first issue is that using the power of the executive branch as a weapon against your domestic political opponents is ethically wrong, and a step towards authoritarian dictatorship. It was wrong when Obama had the IRS leaning on conservative groups, and it's wrong when Trump is using the power of his office to lean on his political opponents. The office of the President should be used in the interests of America, not personal partisan vendettas and interests. The latter is an abuse of power.

The second issue is that a neither a candidate, nor their campaign can accept or solicit foreign assistance for domestic political gain.

Trump went afoul on both of these counts in one fell swoop.

You're the one claiming that Obama abused power by using the IRS to lean on conservative groups is a "DNC talking point". Not me.

Look at this from the standpoint of a prosecutor. Or an investigator.

What single piece of evidence exists to warrant beginning an investigation into Hunter Biden? We know he worked on the board of Burisma, but what single shred of evidence exists to start an investigation?

You know there must be one, correct? Having an opinion that something went wrong is not enough to start an investigation. Some starting point is needed with factual evidence, such as a crime or evidence of a crime.

What is that evidence? Other than the fact he worked there, what evidence of corruption or wrong doing is there that you can list for us?

Second: If you ARE able to find any incriminating evidence and are able to list it here, why has not the Trump Justice Department acted on that in the past two and a half years? Why do WE not have an investigation into the Bidens?

And this is a big one: why are we asking foreign governments to do the criminal justice work on American citizens when we are not doing it ourselves? Does that not raise a red flag?

Burisma Consultant Contacted State Department Over Hunter Biden Concerns: Emails
It all happened in 2016.

your reason to start in investigation......from 2016.....trump was still just a candidate....

State Department emails show that Karen Tramontano, a lawyer for Blue Star Strategies, sought a meeting on Feb. 24, 2016, with Catherine Novelli, formerly the undersecretary of state for energy issues, in hopes of “getting a better understanding of how the U.S. came to the determination that [Burisma] is corrupt.”

You're not understanding that exchange.

She was under the impression there was nothing wrong with Burisma and there was no evidence of any corruption, however the narrative was being formed that something was wrong.

She was writing to understand where that narrative was being formed and "how the U.S. came to the determination that [Burisma] is corrupt," when evidence of that was lacking.

“According to Tramontano there is no evidence of corruption, has been no hearing or process, and evidence to the contrary has not been considered,” the official said.

They are not fooling anyone, they know they would be crushed.

Not because I am special, but because they know they are wrong.

I can only assume you "LOL" so much because you've lost your mind.

Here in the real world the Dems are tripping over themselves trying to get Obama's endorsement, but in brodyworld it's the DNC's talking point to apparently throw Obama under a bus.
