His credibility should be investigated by the DOJ. No need to put him in the public domain unless it's legally determined that he let himself be used as a tool by Adam Schiff.

Why does his credibility matter when Trump appointed officials have given testimony that confirms the whistle blowers accusations. At this point the whistle blower doesn't matter at all. Things have moved way beyond that.

EDIT: The IC IG determined the whistle blowers credibility and deemed it to be urgent enough to escalate to his boss, another Trump appointee.

The fact that a staffer is basically doxxing anyone is an issue.
No verification of the whistleblower id has been confirmed.

Nor should it. The appropiate agencies will investigate that when it is appropriate.

I see it says the ethics complaint is about how a staffer claimed the leaker is Ciaramella. Its not so much a verification because even punting out the wrong name is not a good thing. It could cause reprisals and attacks against the wrong person. That said GOP leakers seem pretty set to get everyone to know who it is for coordinated attacks.

This according to The Gateway Pundit.

This blows the lid off of the liberal left's impeachment drive... Ciaramella is a leftist operative... his liberal ties run VERY deep.

BREAKING: Impeachment committee chair Adam Schiff is threatening to file ethics complaint vs committee staffer he presumes leaked name Eric Ciaramella as the whistleblower; meanwhile,Rep Matt Gaetz has filed ethics complaint vs Schiff for making "false statements" re WB complaint — Paul Sperry (@paulsperry_) November 6, 2019

The cat is out of the bag... and Adam Schiff confirmed it...

seems suspicious.......no first hand info and all.......contact with schiff before turning in the complaint and all....

Just in...

Ciaramella got on Twitter and verified he was the whistle blowhard - against legal advice.
Whit an smazing display of attitude, his post said he was CIA and he could HAMR you.

Looking for the tweet now, could've been a parody account.
*** I love edit! ***
Tweet deleted and account suspended.
Parody accounts still in existence and going strong.
Keyword to find tweet was HAMR and Ciaramella... found replies

At this point the identity of the whistle blower means nothing and outing him will only jeopardise the chances of whistle blowers from reporting wrongdoing in the future and potentially put him in harms way.

You mean like Obama's persecution of whistleblowers did?

You say that as if Atkinson was Trumps lifelong friend or something. He likely was suggested/recommended by one of the swamp creatures that are doing everything possible to sabotage Trump.

At this point the whistle blower doesn't matter at all. Things have moved way beyond that.

It matters a great deal if it was all a sham.

EDIT: The IC IG determined the whistle blowers credibility and deemed it to be urgent enough to escalate to his boss, another Trump appointee.

Which simply is evidence that these 'appointees' were suggested by swamp creatures that need to be eliminated.

So the whistle blower raised the alarm. His concerns alarmed the IG and multiple firsthand witnesses corroborated the whistle blowers account of what happened.

What have you been smoking? I want some...

We have the transcript. All of these witnesses have confirmed it is complete and accurate.

There is no bribery.

At this point the identity of the whistle blower means nothing and outing him will only jeopardise the chances of whistle blowers from reporting wrongdoing in the future and potentially put him in harms way.

Yeah, seeing as how he is an obvious deep state never-Trumper in bed with the DNC and Hillary, I wouldn't want him outed if I were one of you either.

Uh, no.

All of the people who are "corroborating" the whistleblower likewise have no first-hand knowledge, and are simply repeating what they heard from someone else, or what they "presume" happened.

Everyone with actual first-hand knowledge (as in, "Yes, I was listening to the call") say there was no quid pro quo, and they don't think anything inappropriate happened.

The DOJ has already cleared the call as no wrongdoing. The reason it took so long to release the whistle-blowers name is someone had to agree to be the whistleblower...

Probably... that is what Nancy herself seemed to be going by in that interview of hers.

Why is it so important to get this man's name out ? So someone can hurt him for talking?

Meanwhile back at the farm staffer after staffer are testifying to the same exact story.
Do we need to vet every one? and if credibility is so important to you should not be supporting trump who lies to us constantly.

As opposed to reprisals and attacks against the correct person? Because they dared speak out?
