That would be Ukraine's prosecutor Shokin that was responsible for that and he refused to investigate for almost 2 years

Boy, you all have the same talking points. This is wrong. I can show you the report from february 4th, 2016 where zlochevsky (owner of burisma) had his assets seized in ukraine by shokin's team. You're simply lying. Whether it's because you're ignorant or whether it's because you are partisan, we'll find out with your response.

Yeah, talking points bad.

Show us the evidence then.

LOL ... ever hear of false dilemma? These posts are textbook examples of Fallacies 101.

The facts, however, are the facts.

Except when you don't like them, then they're just opinion, right?

I already posted this earlier, but here it is, again.

You all conveniently ignore the actual facts.

So you admit, that when shokin was fired, it was only a few weeks after burisma's owner had his assets seized by shokin? As such, you admit that the lefty talking point that shokin was fired, in part, for not looking into burisma's corruption is a lie?

Ask the Ukrainian Parliament.

You are commenting on this and are unaware Biden admitted he withheld a billion dollars until the Ukraine fire a prosecutor (who happened to be looking at his sons company)?

You really need to be more informed before posting

As to what people are testifying, who knows

There are only selected leaks

It seems many have testified here was no quid pro quo, and even Ukraine’s President says so

And we can all read the transcript to see there wasn’t one

Unlike with Biden who admitted it, and you and the Dems have no problem with

Who “fired” Shokin again?

Was it the Ukrainian Parliament?

Who was President of the United States again?

Was it Joe Biden?

None of this holds even a drop of water, but, I am starting to smell blood in the water... you guys are getting desperate.

Glorious Leader is in trouble.

And there come the mindless buzzwords.

You’ve not offered any facts, because you can’t stop blurting out fallacies long enough. IMO.

Repeat after me.

Joe Biden was not President in 2016 and could not do a thing without direction from the guy who was President, B. Obama.

The diplomatic corps of the EU and the US were all lobbying for Shokin’s dismissal not just Joe Biden.

Hunter Biden has never been accused of any crimes by Ukrainian authorities.

... and beyond all that ... you guys have been arguing for weeks that a quid pro quo is not illegal.

Now it is?

You really don’t think things through, do ya?

Just because I'm bored and have nothing going on I'm going to destroy even your deflection:

Who “fired” Shokin again?

Formally, ukranian parliament. Who forced them to? Joe biden, unless you think he's lying:

Who was President of the United States again?

Barack obama. In 2014 Obama assigned his VP, Joe biden, to deal with ukranian affairs.

But I'm glad to see you won't let the buck stop with biden. It is obama's administration, afterall who allowed all of this corruption to start and fester.

Correct, obama i just as guilty. he knew his vice presidents son being under investigation for corruption working for someone his admin called corrupt would harm the dems in the 2016 election.

The diplomatic corps of the EU and the US were all lobbying for Shokin’s dismissal not just Joe Biden.

You mean a bunch of Obama and soros allies like the IMF and atlantic council all wanted shokin fired. Thats irrrlevant as to whether Obama or Biden also had personal reasons for wanting him fired.

Remember, almost every dem and republican wanted Comey fired, and yet we had to have a two year investigation into trump when he did it.

I dont recall you defending trump on that because everyone wanted comey fired.

Hunter Biden has never been accused of any crimes by Ukrainian authorities.

Yes we know, because shokin was fired. He claimed he was investigating Hunter. The next prosecutor Lutsenko admitted there were payments to Hunter that need investigating. But seeing as how they werent investigated, yes no one has said Hunter is guilty. All the more reason to investigate.

... and beyond all that ... you guys have been arguing for weeks that a quid pro quo is not illegal.

You really don’t think things through, do ya?

No a quid pro quo is not illegal, the dems are saying it is, not me.

They must not think things thru, as they know thats what Biden did.

A quid pro quo would be illegal if it was for personal gain, ie getting your sons prosecutor fired.

I'm curious if this line of reasoning extends to lois lerner, eric holder, and secretary clinton. I'm just not sure exactly what you think this statement proves. Are you blaming obama for allowing bidens corruption?

The diplomatic corps of the EU and the US were all lobbying for Shokin’s dismissal not just Joe Biden.

I already explained this to you once. Biden was point man on Ukraine. Biden, for personal gain, recommends to obama that this guy is corrupt and should be fired. Obama says cool, let's do it. EU hops on board with US foreign policy which has been directed by biden to protect his corrupt dealings with burisma/zlochevsky.

Hunter Biden has never been accused of any crimes by Ukrainian authorities.

Wrong. Shokin has accused him of crimes.

... and beyond all that ... you guys have been arguing for weeks that a quid pro quo is not illegal.

This isn't quid pro quo. This is corruption 101.

Now it is?

No, QPQ is like 85% of our foreign policy. Do x and we'll give you aid money. Don't do it and we won't.

The idea that you don't understand the difference between legitimate foreign policy and corruption is a reach too far. Quit playing dumb.

ou really don’t think things through, do ya?

Or maybe you're not playing...

Good catch.

BTW, doesn't anyone find it ironic how the democrats have been claiming that POTUS Trump's counsel, Giuliani, went to Ukraine to help the President and this is somehow a conflict of interest, despite the fact that since Giuliani is POTUS Trump's counsel it is only normal for him to know first hand what happened in Ukraine since it involves what the socialists/democrats accuse POTUS Trump of. But we have John Kerry whom went to Iran as if he was still part of our government to talk to the Iranians after they stated that if POTUS Trump stopped the Iranian deal they would present evidence of the corrupt democrats deal with the Iranians?... No one in the left wanted to prosecute John Kerry for this when he wasn't a government official anymore... To present yourself as a government agent when you are not, or to try to make a deal with another country on a matter that only the U.S. government can partake in is a federal crime...

Dfairlite is not asking the Ukrainian Parliament, he/she is asking you and you have the evidence right in front of you... You just can't admit when you are wrong.
