Where is that stipulated in the Constitution? Where does it say, in the Constitution, that extortion isn't an impeachable offense.

In the case of bribery.

That's why Trump haters hold the majority right now in the house.

There was a quid pro quo during the last election, and the next farced ensued.

Every time Democrats threaten a government shut down when they don't get their way.

If it was an impeachable offense.

They'd ALL be locked the hell up.

Yeah GD Trump.

He should just have hot mic moments about being more flexible to Russian interests like the last guy.

How dare he.

You know, just as a total middle finger intended to cause as many malcontents as possible to clutch at their chests and keel over with glorious mass heart infarctions, Trump should make a phone call to the Ukrainian President, tell him that he'll have a lot more flexibility where aid and such is concerned after he's elected to his second term, and then release the audio of the call while grinning ear to ear. Screw these goddamned ridiculously excitable pathetic rubes, it's time to toy with them like the stringed puppets they are.

That would be stating the obvious, right?

Funny you should mention (Trump's) government shutdowns. Trump's White House Council just argued in federal court that courts don't have the authority to decide disputes between Congress and the Executive Branch, that government shutdowns are the tool that should be used in those disputes.

It is obvious that he'll have more flexibility during his second term, yes.

They don't unless it's the SCOTUS.

Oh and judicial hacktavists don't.

That has not been true in the past, and that isn't the way the court, or the appeals court ruled. I'd be surprised if SCOTUS even takes this case.

We'll see.

Yes it has been true in the past.

THERE ARE ONLY nine federal judges that BALANCE the executive and congressional power.

The Supreme Court of the US.

Anyone else is playing out of their league.

He is running for president isn't he? Then he is trumps opponent.
Because trump is the candidate from the other party.
All of them are his opponents at this moment in time.

Playing cutsey with the words doesn't change reality.

Other people are changing their original testimony because they do not want to be another pawn in trumps game where the pawns all wind up in jail.
