Even through President Trump had officially started his 2020 Campaign before the Zelensky call, the inescapable fact is that Joe Biden (or Hunter) is NOT the Democratic Candidate for President.

The complaint that this action is ILLEGAL is very very weak.

Sorry the democrats have cried wolf so many time and achieved nothing.

Stormy Daniels, peeing on women, hush money, Russia, Ukraine, tax evasion blah blah blah.

Apart from women peeing, which is not illegal nor a danger to the country, which one of those things do you believe false?

Are you one of those cultists that believed Trump when he said he did not sleep with the porn star nor pay her for her silence during the campaign?
She did come out and say she didn’t sleep with Trump. It was in the news. The pee tape was fake too. Why do you believe this nonsense the fake news dreamed up ?

- POTUS Trump will be on the 2020 ballot
- POTUS Trump will run against a staunch Socialist
- POTUS Trump will serve a second term
- After just 8 years of Trump, the Dems/MSM will carry the scarlet letters of Hoax & Fake News for decades to come.

The true unknowns will be;

- will anyone from Obama era DOJ/Intel pay a price for SpyGate?
- will the Dems retain the House in 2020 or 2022?
- how many SCOTUS appointments will POTUS Trump get in second term?
- how many 9th Circuit judges will he appoint in second term?
- will the DNC attempt to re-brand itself between 2020 & 2024?

Very interesting times indeed.

Why is it no one can offer a substance response?

Shill, Fake News, insults...

I am embarrassed for people that are incapable of simply addressing facts and evidence.

Why do the people that have come forward have ties to Burisma, the CIA, and Democrats?

I don't think a Glen Beck connect-the-dots manufactured conspiracy is going to work here.

Then why are you lot trying it?

Maybe it's because you dont answer relevant questions, like mine.

I will ask again, do you consider the attached video extorting a foreign country? If not, please explain why not.

www.youtube.com...

No.

Biden demanded a KNOWN corrupt prosecutor be fired at the behest of the US GOVERNMENT, IMF, EU and even GOP in Congress.

Demanded the prosecutor be fired, OR WHAT????

You know, the extortion part?

A) A VP tells Ukraine that they will not receive US Aid unless they remove a thoroughly corrupt Lead Prosecutor that the GOP in Congress, The IMF, US Allies, UN and the US Government all want removed.

vs.

B) A Shadow Diplomatic Team working for Trump involving Giullianai and 2 now indicted associated tell Ukraine I need you to publicly announce the opening of an investigation into Trump's Political Rival in the 2020 election campaign.

The ENTIRE Definition of Abuse of Power pivots on "Personal Gain".

The personal gain in A was the VP's son not going down with the rest of the board.

The Corrupt prosecutor general that Biden demanded be fired was fired for NOT investigating.

That is plain and simple historical fact.

Fail.

Source?

Fail.

First of all, what had been put on hold was the sale of Javelin missiles Which Obama himself had put on hold permanently.

Second of all, nowhere in the call does POTUS Trump make a "quid pro quo." Yet we do have Biden admitting he did make a "quid pro quo" but instead Obamatrons want to shift the blame to POTUS Trump?...

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko appealed to the U.S. Congress to greatly expand its military assistance to Kiev as the country fights pro-Russian separatists. Photo: AP.

WASHINGTON—President Barack Obama stuck to his refusal to provide weapons or other lethal military gear to Ukraine, despite a passionate appeal Thursday for help in fighting pro-Russia rebels by Ukraine's president.

To read the rest you have to sign in/subscribe to WSJ, but the above article was about the request that former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko made, which included the Javelin missiles.. Obama and Biden both refused to give them that aid, instead they only send MREs and blankets.

Former vice president Joe Biden has said that in holding up vital military assistance to Ukraine, President Trump “used the power and resources of the United States to pressure a sovereign nation, a partner that is still under direct assault from Russia … to subvert the rule of law in the express hope of extracting a political favor.”

That’s rich. The aid in question is lethal military assistance that the Obama-Biden administration refused to give Ukraine.

In 2014, after Russia annexed Crimea and began arming separatists in eastern Ukraine with tanks, armored vehicles and rocket launchers, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko came to Washington to plead for weapons to defend his country. In an impassioned address to a joint session of Congress — with Biden sitting directly behind him — Poroshenko said his country appreciated the nonlethal assistance he was getting, but declaredone cannot win a war with blankets.
...

www.washingtonpost.com...

Perhaps leftists forget that Obama was caught telling the Russians that after Obama's re-election he will be able to be more lenient with the Russians... Obama/Biden sided with the Russians and left Ukraine at the mercy of pro-Russian separatists, and Russian military personnel whom were sent to Ukraine clothed as if they were civilians to cause chaos.

Then again, the Ukrainians themselves have wanted to give, since 2018, to the Trump administration all the evidence of corruption in which the Obama/Biden/Hillary administration were involved in, including the corruption of Burisma holdings and how Hunter Biden and Biden himself were involved in for free. So why would the POTUS need to bribe the Ukrainians for the information about the corruption when the Ukrainians were trying to give the Trump administration that evidence for free?... It makes no sense, and it debunks your false claims and those of the socialists. (they are no longer democrats)

Ukrainian to US prosecutors: Why don't you want our evidence on Democrats?

Yes they used Translators.

No, what was released was not a transcript. It was an edited memo summary.

Yes it was the full transcript. You are believing the same people whom for 3 years claimed "they had 100% evidence that POTUS Trump colluded with Russia..."

Vindman worked with Joe Biden in Ukraine when Biden was VP. There is a conflict of interest in which Vindman is involved. It is very possible that Vindman is involved in the corruption that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were involved in with regards to Ukraine.

The Ukrainians themselves have stated that as much as 7 billion of U.S. dollars were misappropiated, or taken out of Ukraine and into the U.S.

Here...

...
Sworn statements from two Ukrainian officials admitting that their agency tried to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election in favor of Hillary Clinton. The effort included leaking an alleged ledger showing payments to then-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort;

Contacts between Democratic figures in Washington and Ukrainian officials that involved passing along dirt on Donald Trump;

Financial records showing a Ukrainian natural gas company routed more than $3 million to American accounts tied to Hunter Biden, younger son of then-Vice President Joe Biden, who managed U.S.-Ukraine relations for the Obama administration. Biden’s son served on the board of a Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma Holdings;

Records that Vice President Biden pressured Ukrainian officials in March 2016 to fire the prosecutor who oversaw an investigation of Burisma Holdings and who planned to interview Hunter Biden about the financial transfers;

Correspondence showing members of the State Department and U.S. Embassy in Kiev interfered or applied pressure in criminal cases on Ukrainian soil;

Disbursements of as much as $7 billion in Ukrainian funds that prosecutors believe may have been misappropriated or taken out of the country, including to the United States.

Ukrainian officials say they don’t want to hand the evidence to FBI agents working in Ukraine because they believe the bureau has a close relationship with the NABU and the U.S. Embassy. “It is no secret in Ukrainian political circles that the NABU was created with American help and tried to exert influence during the U.S. presidential election,” Kulyk told me.
...

Ukrainian to US prosecutors: Why don't you want our evidence on Democrats?

Since Vindman worked with Joe Biden on Ukraine it is very possible that Vindman is involved in the corruption, and the stolen money, which makes perfect sense as to why Vindman doesn't want the Trump administration investigating this, and hence why Vindman made false claims which Vindman's own boss, Tim Morrison, denied about the call. Tim Morrison heard the entire call, and he has testified that POTUS Trump didn't make any illegal comments.

Donald Trump thanks Tim Morrison for his 'honesty' after he told impeachment inquiry he didn't think there was anything wrong with the Ukraine phone call

To point out how Alexander Vindman wants to stop the investigation into Ukraine and Burisma holdings here is an interesting part of an article about what Vindman has said.

...
He said he first became concerned about the administration’s dealings with Ukraine in the spring, citing efforts by figures outside the administration attempting to create a “false narrative.” By July, he was concerned that the administration was pushing Zelensky to investigate Bidens role at Burisma, an energy company based in Kyiv.

After listening in on the July 25 call, VIndman reportedly became concerned that Trump’s request would prove detrimental to U.S. national security. Vindman is not believed to be the whistleblower who first reported concerns with the phone call, though he did communicate his concerns up the chain of command.

"I realized that if Ukraine pursued an investigation into the Bidens and Burisma, it would likely be interpreted as a partisan play which would undoubtedly result in Ukraine losing the bipartisan support it has thus far maintained," Vindman said in his opening statement. "This would all undermine U.S. national security. Following the call, I again reported my concerns to NSC’s lead counsel."
...

Alexander Vindman and twin brother are Ukrainian refugees and Army lieutenant colonels who both now work in Trump White House

It's obvious that Vindman is making false claims because he doesn't want the investigation to occur. IMO Vindman is involved in that corruption, which it's why he wants a stop on the investigation.

BTW, people have to remember that Ukrainian President Zelensky himself has stated that these claims are false and that POTUS Trump did not blackmail/bribe, nor did he push them for the investigation.

By Mark Moore

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday said President Trump did not try to blackmail him by withdrawing military aid in a July phone call that prompted an impeachment inquiry in the House.

Zelensky said he wasnt even aware that nearly $400 million was being held up when he spoke to Trump on July 25.

There was no blackmail. This was not the subject of our conversation,” Zelensky told reporters during a “media marathon” at a Kiev food court.
...
Zelensky said hedidnt even check to determine whether his government’s record of the call matched the White Houses, but added,I think they match.

BTW, this little gem of information about Vindman is very telling.

Beginning in 2008, Vindman became a Foreign Area Officer specializing in Eurasia. In this capacity he served in the U.S. embassies in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Moscow, Russia.

It is not verbatim because several staff/officers listen to the call, people can understand the same conversation differently, and then they put together the memorandum.

Zelenski himself has stated that he thinks the memorandum of the call matches what the Ukrainians themselves have written about the call...

Not to mention, again, that Tim Morrison has stated he heard the call and disagrees with the claims made by Vindman...

You should be the one to wake up. Vindman has a conflict of interest, and he could very well have been involved in the corruption/stolen money from Ukraine, which would be a good reason for him not wanting the investigation into the corruption.

Then it's not a transcript, as stated.

Transcripts are not interpretations, or how "people can understand the same conversation." They are of an actual record of what was actually said with no alterations, summaries, or omissions.

That's why this is not a transcript, and why it SAYS it's not.

Yet you want to continuously ignore the people who did hear the call, including the Ukrainian President, and refute the claims of Vindman and the so called whistleblower...

As i recall, you have been another of the leftists whom fell for every lie told to you by the left-wing leaders and the left-wing media, yet you want to once again believe the same narrative when there is evidence refuting these claims.

The fact is left-wingers like yourself LOVE BEING LIED TO. You don't care about the truth. Even if all your demands were met, in the next conversation the POTUS has with another world leader you will be among the left-wingers demanding the POTUS to release those calls too.

Enough is enough with this BS, and grow the hell up, which is an advice I am giving to every other left-winger making these demands.

How about this, release every freaking call conversation that Obama, Biden, Hillary, Comey, Stzork, etc have made since 2008. After all, they have been using RUSSIAN LIES to try to stop candidate Trump from becoming President, and they are involved in the continued attempt to remove the POTUS with LIES which came mostly from Russians, and the former Ukrainian administration.

It's sad to me that investigating a political rival for corruption is now "interfering in an election".

Do people think officials are going to investigate their allies? Because.... if you're not allowed to investigate your opposition for corruption, your allies are all you've got left to investigate.

What next? Will it be only ok to investigate yourself for corruption? (Shall we go on the "honor system"?)

What is a fact is that he had not closed the investigation. Shokin claimed he was pressured to do so, but refused.

Real law doesn't work like on the "Law and Order" TV show, where it's over in one hour. Clean and simple.

Sometimes the investigation stalls and you need to wait for more evidence before you can proceed. I'ts better to wait sometimes, even for years, rather than to go into the courtroom half cocked, with flimsy or incomplete evidence.

The Document released by by the President included the following:

CAUTION: A Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation (TELCON) is not a verbatim transcript of a discussion. The text in this document records the notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty officers and NSC policy staff assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place. A number of factors can affect the accuracy of the record, including poor telecommunications connections and variations in accent and/or interpretation, The word “inaudible” is used to indicate portions of a conversation that the notetaker was unable to hear.

Your view of reality has been corrupted.

Demanding leaders of a foreign country go on CNN to announce investigations that do not yet exist into your political rivals?

Our President is corrupt like no President before him.

Partisanship might rule the day, but this point in history requires patriots to place country above all else. Those who fail that call feed are nothing more than dust on the pages of history.
