The following PDF file is from the National Institute for Discovery Science... It's a reasonably thorough paper that was written for them. It's about 'unknowns' encountered by Project Blue book

Project Blue Book was the USAF's third (official) UFO research project, after Sign and Grudge. In its early years it was run by a captain Ruppelt, who was respected by UFOlogists for taking a fair approach to sightings.
